Can Pittsburgh Steelers carry over momentum vs. Minnesota Vikings? | Pro Football Talk | NBC Sports

Mariah E. P

I sure hope so every team In The afc north has a brutal remaining schedule so it’s going to be a wild ending …..let’s go Steelers

Toxic Masculinity

As long as Mike Zimmer is still HC any team has a chance of beating the Vikings

Jai Goldsby

I just need ben to be at his best I have faith

myko freder

The Vikings are 2-4 the last 6 weeks because their defense is averaging more points than their offense and their offense is averaging 25 points a game. Looking at the recent games and it’s indoors it’s going to be a game where both teams reach the mid 20s. The gambling numbers are about right with around 45 points scored and 3-point spread, if I were forced to bet, I would bet the points would be closer to 50 and either team not covering 3 points because you have close to a 50% chance the other team wins outright.

    Rat Killer

All that knowledge just to gamble, join dfs

LIONS ROAR

“Greatest field goal kicker of all time”? I believe Adam Vinatieri would say something about that Chris 🥴

    iz thefaithful

Yeah agree. As much as I can’t stand the Patriots you’re right don’t care about regular season stuff. Vinatieri didn’t it in the biggest moments of the biggest games in the playoffs. That’s all that counts

    LitTech

    Jt is better

Gabby Jim

I need JJ to pop off tonight!

    Jonah Mosher

    Who is that?

    Keegy

    @Jonah Mosher justin jefferson

MARK NETHERCUTT

Yes the Steelers can. With steeler nation behind them they got this.💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤

Jonathan Jackson

Phil Jr can you stop looking up and down so much while talking. It is hurting my eyes. Look straight most of the time.

Chucky Daniel Martin

T.J. Watt forced a bad throw by Jackson. We weren’t, at least in my opinion, gifted a win.

    Keaton Burson

Yup. Didn’t crash on the RB and made an elite play

    Joe Spat

Exactly, there’s a huge narrative in the media this week that Baltimore gifted the Steelers a win and it drives me crazy.

    bryan spradley

Absolutely. I am not sure why we constantly hear this narritive as if TJ Watt did not make a good play that altered to throw. Or like they did not score 17 points in the last qtr to get the win. Like all that is just because of BMore and Pittsburg did not do anything. BMore just gave it to them. So dumb and just a lazy take.

Remedy This - Dream World

No one gave Steelers a chance when they entered playoffs as a 6th seed and then went on to win the Super Bowl……I Love It When These Guys Are WRONG! (which is quite often btw)😁

    dwight gayle

They only won because of the refs 😒 don’t think the steelers ever earned a championship!🤔

    Joe Spat

@dwight gayle so all 6 were gifted by the refs eh? Care to cite some evidence?

    Remedy This - Dream World

@dwight gayle Oh, so its rigged just for the steelers benefit, i see…you would think they would have “given” them more than just 6 super bowls over all these years, wouldnt they? Oh, i forgot…thats the genius of it….So why didnt they win against Green Bay in the super bowl?…..look too suspicious..yeah i see.

    Joe Spat

@Remedy This – Dream World gettt emmmm!!!!

    Remedy This - Dream World

@Joe Spat I love the conspiracy theorists….Evidence??..no evidence needed with these guys. ….to tell you the truth I dont know why they would even watch football if they truly felt that way…unless they were making a killing on betting.. which i find it hard to believe that this guy is LOL

sons of liberty

Wow, still blame bal instead of giving pit credit. What happened was pit started ripping off runs of 7, 8, 12yds. Bal was getting gashed and had to bring everyone up. They’ve had more injuries than anyone ever talks about on the d line and o line. They finally got a solid nose tackle in and will have their other DT before playoffs. They sacked Lamar 7x with a int and a FF, the td was against prevent d. They’re finally getting traction. The run game is starting to flow and if Ben gets a run game going he is very dangerous. Look for cousins to be reintroduced to the turf tonight because watts coming.

    Keaton Burson

Let em hate baby. Let’s go Steelers

Dawn Schmeltz

The Ravens gave away that game sadly , especially with Lamars interceptions.

    iz thefaithful

Yeah he seems like he’s throwing a butt load of pics this season

iz thefaithful

As a Vikings fan I’m pulling for Steelers to win. It is done for my Vikings you can see it. I would prefer this train keeps running off the tracks so they can clean house. I don’t want a win so they can say “see we still have a chance!” Then lose to the bears the last week of the season, miss the playoffs and get like the 14th pic which would be the most Minnesota Vikings thing to happen lol
Also they’ll get blown out in round 1 playoffs anyway

    funkster007

Unfortunately with the Vikings, they always seem to surge when you least expect them to. Same pattern every season. Then boom season’s over with another putrid loss.
They need a certified captain to run this ship. The quicker ‘ol Zim is gone the better.

    iz thefaithful

    @funkster007 yup

Joe Spat

Baltimore outplayed Pittsburgh? Are you serious? They sacked Lamar 7 times made stops in the first half when it mattered, got the run game going in the second half against the 2nd best run D, and Ben and Dionate torched their secondary. Oh by the way, the Steelers were 100% the more physical team.

James Williams

Minnesota Vikings 27/ Pittsburgh 26

sean manahan

For the best Thursday night games just give both teams their bye the week before

E Dub

Watt happened in the first half? Dalvin Cook that’s what happened! Night night Big Ben and Pittsburgh. Vikes just ended your year.

Kip Mcbride

This team is undisciplined and poorly coached. Any more questions ?

ab ab

*Do they need a new coach?*
