Any thoughts about the wide receiver from West Virginia they picked up
Ran a 4.4 coming out of high school but never did anything at Florida State. Transferred to West Virginia and became sort of a big play guy (7 of his 19 catches were TDs) very good athlete but doesn’t use his 6’4 frame well and had only 13 catches in his 3 years at FSU
A LOT of injuries at FSU plus an anemic passing game at WVU hurt his draft stock. Excellent measurables tho so hopefully a year or two on the practice squad and he can become a serviceable outside WR in the future. Considering our lack of depth at the position, it was a great signing.

Cager played at University of Miami for a couple of years & he is not what you think of him. Can not high point balls at all. I always said he is a 5’8 WR in a 6’5 body. I prefer if we went after Jeff Thomas out of Miami
I have been a big fan of Guidry for his potential upside. You can’t teach speed. Is his love in football? We will see
