@Mark James true but we picked him like 70+ below his rating so we could’ve gotten the best player available in my opinion. Keep in mind this is coming from someone who just flat out didn’t like us drafting him in the 5th so my mind is made up lol. With that being said I am rooting for him because I’m a true jaguars fan and he is a jaguar. You right he’ll be a red zone nightmare.

@Mark James Look I get Ross has the whole injury scare thing, but everyone is lying to themselves if they think Justyn Ross wasn’t worth a 5th or 6th round pick. The guy had the highest yards per route run average out of every receiver in the entire draft. If not for his injury scare, he without a doubt would’ve been one of the first three receivers to be drafted. Not only that, but he had great chemistry with Lawrence in college. Instead of that, we decided to draft a halfback that we intend to use as a backup for most of his career. Later on, we even decided to take a CB from some Baptist university I’ve never heard of. We definitely should’ve gotten Ross in the 5th or 6th.

@Upstart Crow I agree with you on the kid out of the Baptist school.. Wouldn’t of taken him.. That Ross pick is just to scary.. Nobody touched the kid fur a reason and I for loved Ross

@Mark James I get it, but I certainly would’ve taken him over that CB. If Ross’ injury actually turns out not to be an issue, then that could be one of the biggest steals in a very long time. Plus, it’s not like we’d really be risking anything, as we would only be paying him 6th round money. Low risk, and possibly very high reward. I guess that’s for the Chiefs to find out now though.

@Twan Da Don I like Justin Ross too, but he has multiple major injuries. Had he been healthy, he might have been a first round pick. They were aggressive in signing Kevin Austin, and I’m sure that if they wanted Ross, they would have made him an offer that he couldn’t refuse. As for the RBs, this is Robinson’s third year. If he returns from injury and has a big year, he will command quite a price on his second contract. Snoop gives them leverage/insurance in case they can’t afford him. Josh Allen is going to be priority, and they have to not overspend because in a couple years Trevor Lawrence will get a huge contract.
