Yeah it’ll be a few yrs till we’re back to AFC championship games and super bowls. The defense is old and slow the secondary needs to be re vamped and get more young guys with speed and we need a WR1. Without any of that there’s no shot in beating teams as talented as the bills come playoff time

@Joe L no not just the cold the wind to. He’s not used to it and i don’t think his arm is good enough. But my opinion on Mac as just an average QB came before December. His arm, athleticism, size, are all just average. Look at Josh Allen as an example Mac will never be at that level Mac is basically Tua.
Because all they do are short passes. They babied him for so long that he’s not making the plays they need. Watch his draft class QB days. He had the best arm.
Pats losses (Dolphins, Saints, Bucs, Cowboys, Colts and Bills) have been against good defenses. If the Pats make the playoffs, they are one and done in the wildcard weekend.
When the pats win Mac gets all the love so when they lose its on him to
dolphins= fumble
saints= we lost
bucs=field goal miss
cowboys= interception at the last minute
colts= we came back twice and could of won but they beat us
bills= 1 interception missed by jc could of changed the game BUT we could not stop them at all…they won fair in square.
pats lose 2 games in a row and the world is over smh

@jay 1988 Nobody is fast fast. Nelson is fast but he can’t beat a good #1 CB. Bourne runs like a 4.61 or something. Jones had Jaylen Waddle and Devonta Smith. They’d run med- deep passes all the time. They have Jonnu running slants which is good since he’s fast ,but he can also catch med- deep passes.

@Matthew Francis my point is what Mac has isn’t as bad as people think. Bradys number 1 for years was Edelman and welker who aren’t big or fast. When Agholor Myers and Jonu are your #3-4-5 that’s not bad. Mac is completing 52% in December and can’t throw in New England that’s the problem.
@jay 1988 Edelman had great IQ, agility, and route running ! Same with Welker. They were going to get open. Nobody is like that on the Patriots. We play systematic football. But offensive coaching has not adjusted well since Brady left 🤦♂️. Our coaching thinks we can win by holding Jones hand the whole time. These past 2 games they snatch their hand away. Trying to get him to make clutch passes ,but like I said they’ve never had him do that until now. Ofc he’s struggling he doesn’t have that experience. I believe he’ll get better.
What did he say to josh Allen at the end of that game? Rare to see bill go up and hug a player after the game when he loses. Lots of respect there.
