The worst gift(s) the players have received are: – The fact that a GM will not be hired.
– An inconsistent coaching staff.
– An over egotistical incompetent head coach that provides no kind of structure or leadership to the team and wastes talent. He also apparently doesn’t take every game seriously either.
– A defensive coordinator who is far past his time at coaching, who needs to sit down somewhere and retire.
