This was working so GOT DAMN WELL, Why in the flip did we stop doing this in the 2nd half, and mainly in the 4th quarter, makes no sense to mešŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļøšŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļøšŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø, they never stopped it, we stopped it ourselves šŸ¤”šŸ¤”šŸ¤”.

We burned yā€™all on like 2 plays in the 2nd half when yā€™all were still blitzin like this after Jameis started reading the line better. If u think yā€™all just stopped for no reason n we won because yā€™all simply stopped blitzingā€¦..ur foolin urself lol

    Vegito M1

@Zion Williamsonā€™s Nutritionist Yeah cuz Pees decided to call prevent defense giving Winston all day to scan and make accurate throws down the field.

    Zion Williamsonā€™s Nutritionist

@Vegito M1 yea cuz Winston started to expose the blitzā€¦..I have the link with the highlights in my last comment. Yā€™all quit being delusional. Itā€™s ok yā€™all are the Falcons lol šŸ˜‚

Pass rush looked great Sunday. Just fell apart in the 4th

    Dlow

    Like always!

Jordon Yates

Who else canā€™t wait for Deanā€™s presser today?

    Tony Shepard

@Beau P That’s because the Saints started picking up the blitz

    Teemo

@Tony Shepard yes most people don’t get it…

    Tony Shepard

@Teemo Dean Pees is only a defensive coordinator, he’s not Harry Potter

    Teemo

I meant it as an agreement with what you said. Not sure if he wasn’t at Hogwarts!
Some wrote that he should blitz the full game and many do not understand that such a thing does not work.

    Tony Shepard

@Teemo I know you meant it as an agreement what I was commenting on are fans crazy expectation but I think you and agree on one thing we need to rebuild the trenches

Tango Fett

I was definitely impressedā€¦. For 3 quartersā€¦..

Mike Suggs

If they will only learn to close out a game when they have a lead?

Zander_16

Great. We have a decent pass rush. Can we win a game now, and stop blowing leads please.

Emperor Scoop

if saints a superbowl team we definitely a playoff team

Isaac Crimes

At this pace we can have 51 sacks this year. Would have been nice to win Sunday but we can learn from this one. Let’s take advantage of the Rams Sunday

Jarvase dundy

All those sacks, simply came from Grady Jarrett impact. I’m glad we resign him.

    Bully Bully

And they cant double him with more good players beside him

Francisco ZƔrate

It was surprising! Too bad this team doesn’t know that we need to play FOUR Quarters…

KvngxChvloENT

Was widely impressed with the pass rush, feel like Pees just gotta stay aggressive and do a better job of DLine rotation to have fresh bodies and avoid fatigue late in games

Johan

It’s like they had too many sacks and didn’t know what to do… so benched those players and decided no more defense for today

Chris Hill

Glad to finally get this content back. Appreciate you Atlanta organization and Mr. Shockley, for providing these in depth looks.

l00Realist

We do this for all four quarters, and we have a win. I was impressed, and even though we lost, I saw a lot of improvement and a lot of differences. If we fix the stay conservative and stay safe mentality when we are up, we can surprise a lot of people. This team looks better than last year’s team, and they got 7 wins and barely missed the playoffs, lets improve this week, and for the rest of the season, and we may end up in postseason play!

RazorStrap

In chess there is this saying. “The hardest game to win is a won game.” It’s because of over confidence while at the same time the opponent becomes more focused and determined.
Have to match the opponent’s increased focus and determination.

Nick Guillen

What has me hyped is that next week, the Rams have a worse O-line due to injuries and a arguably less mobile quarterback. This pressure should be feasting.

    Phantomweight

I thinking the same thing and matthew stafford is hurt but I’m worried about aj terrell because mt did him dirty

    Vegito M1

And possibly can get turnovers off Stafford

    Falcons Vick

Stafford canā€™t run heā€™s is done for šŸ‘æ

Paul Phoenix

Such a shame we lost that game, our defense was flying and f****** up Jamies for three quarters. A good Def. game plan gone to waste šŸ™

Alex Lopez

Forever impressed with the coaches ability to create a great game plan, only to throw it out the window in the 4th quarter and lose. Any coach who suggests using prevent D in 2022 should be coaching little league

Gary Cooper

What’s surprising is that it vanished in the 4th quarter!!

JeremyDaMan

If this defense stays the stay it will be a top 20
