Are the Bengals Peaking At the Right Time? – FANTASY FOOTBALL FAN SITE

wouldn’t it be awesome if bengals take the #1 seat ?

Half Man / Half Amazing ALL PHENOMENAL

I’ll be on cloud 9 if they make it to the big game again. Back to back!

    Dan the Man

    Seed

    Okuyasu Nijimura

if we beat the Chiefs and Beat the bills, just hold on, because we already beat the Titans, Dolphins and if we beat the Bills and cheifs, if two of them finish 13-4, we still have an advantage, And we take the first seed

Jedidiah

The bengals stats are exactly the same as last year with the exception of a point or two in improvement. They are literally side by side the same

    Tom Bystander

And that o line had early troubles but they have down to maybe 1-2 sacks a game. If they can protect Joe in th playoffs like that gg

    Meditation Mayham

Not true. The stats don’t tell the story. Last year the Bengals were winning off of big play after big play just to stay in the game. Jamar being out actually helped them as they have become a much more coherent team from a schematic standpoint.

    Alex Pellegrino

@Meditation Mayham Exactly! Chase and Mixon kind of needed to sit for a while for Joe and Co. to gel with the whole team, instead of predictably relying on the same 2-3 players and 4-5 plays.

    Jedidiah

@Meditation Mayham I think you’re confused. I’ve been a bengal fan my whole life! I’m saying they’re stat line is the same progress as last year with the exception of one or 2 points doing better. Also that is literally a fact FYI its not disputable their stat line is exactly the same?

Love the calling out about the bandwagon commentators who got so quiet and now back it. People do want the Bengals down and out, they want last year to be a “flash in the pan” and not toe hear from us again because it’s “funny”.

Aaron Yeomans

The Bengals are not peaking lol they will be when Chase gets back and starts producing. Defense could use some work as well. The only team that coulda beat the Bengals last year on their SB run was the Rams and that’s because they were a legit super team, if the Bengals don’t beat themselves I don’t see a team beating them besides maybe the Chiefs.

    Edwin Tapia

The ravens all ready beat them so no there a easy team to beat

    ACIFY5

@Edwin Tapia beat by 1 point in a last minute tucker field goal in there own stadium you should be nervous about week 18

    Christopher C

@Edwin Tapia The Ravens were among the teams, up until Week 8, that the Bengals defense held to ZERO second half touchdowns.

Triz

Bengals got a Tough Draw with Second half SoS. Lots of tough opponents for their last five. If they go 3-2 at least this is still a dangerous team.

    Christian Graff

Yea those teams are good. But they have to come to us

Klaw

I have so much belief in this Bengals team. I think I was the only fan telling everyone to calm down and relax after the first two games. I just believed that they would turn it around and find a way to win. I honestly believe that they can find a way to win against anyone!

    🖤Bengal Babe 🧡

I was too. So many fair weather fans tried to jump ship when the going gets tough. The true fans get tough, and believe. We have Joey B…. We’re never out of anything. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    OfficialSmoke706

Lol I’m a lot of these yt channels commenting 😂

    Klaw

@🖤Bengal Babe 🧡 I have watched a lot of years of heartbreaking football being a Bengals fan, and for me that is why this team is so different.

    Zach Biggs

I always believed. even last year before the season started I bet a lot on them to win the superbowl. was gonna win 100k sadly came one play short. Hoping to make up for it this year. its actually sad how fast our fan base turns on this team after even just one bad game

    Christian Graff

You weren’t the only one bud. I’ve been riding with them since day one

Taintsnorkeler

Haven’t even seen their peak yet

MELODK EYE

I’d say the Rams have the hangover.

    Christopher C

And the whole downside of the “going all in” mentality, after they got what they wanted.

Randall Roberts

That wasn’t a TD run from Derek Henry it was a pass

    Spooky Macchiato

It wasn’t a TD by Henry, either

    Tbowles54

Did she even watch the game? Lol

    Derrick Hutson

    @Tbowles54probably not probably just highlights

Brent Carroll

We winning it all this year 🎉

Q Theband

The rest of the season is tough. We have had it easy up to this point. Getting Ja’Marr back will help. But we have to play our best game.

Bobbie Ballinger

Great road win playing without key players..WHO-DEY!!!! Let’s go!!!

🖤Bengal Babe 🧡

We’ve been good all along, we just had a few games where injuries, coming back from an appendectomy, and new players trying to get acclimated were a factor. Now, we’re ready!

Halc

Would have looked different if he didnt fumble? It was a pass catch that he took 70 yards almost to the house. It would still look like he RUSHED 38 yards.

Jon Parker

Want to know the Bengal’s secret sauce? Watch the post game celebrations. They have heart and character. They play for one another. They have belief in each other’s ability. Who Dey!

Gregory Givens

Henry’s stats wouldn’t of looked that different because he didn’t rush that one that he fumbled. It was a catch and run.

J C

That Henry fumble was on a screen pass. Those were his true rushing yards.

Elmer Coblentz

Burrow’s route to the bigs, answered a question I’ve had for a while. “How much raw talent is missed in the current system?”

diego mario

It’s gonna be an easy route for Mahomes and the chiefs in the AFC this season..

Jack Harrist

I love how so many media pundits would say that the Bengals would regress because on paper they weren’t a Super Bowl caliber team when in reality that’s actually why they are good again this year. When you design your team like the Rams and forfeit a lot of draft capital and depth to have a “Super Bowl level roster,” you are going to almost always get worse the next season. They lost two Hall-of-Famers in Andrew Whitworth and Von Miller in addition to Odell who could make a HoF push of his own if he wins another ring. Bengals didn’t lose any significant pieces from their core and their best players are still on rookie contracts. Wouldn’t be surprised if they made another deep run.
