@Ginger Hunter Talk to the GM. He’s the one who seems to think we didn’t need to do much in FA the last 2 years, and that o-line/rb isn’t an issue somehow. That’s not in Bowles’s control unfortunately.
The defense is for sure in line (mentally at least, outside of White) and the offense isn’t the least disciplined in the league anymore, so for what his attitude as a coach is worth translating to the field, he’s actually doing alright. The problem, again, is with the trenches, playcalling, and loss of on the field leadership on the offense. That’s not something Bowles has control over

Does Todd Bowles ever change his expression during a game? I’ve seen Bellichik huddling with players before key plays, eg like he would have if he coached the Bucs in the Rams game with less than a minute left to remind them to KEEP KUPP INBOUNDS to run the clock…I have never seen any camera on Bowles coaching players with passion, like he means it, during a time out prior to a key play. Maybe I missed it, and maybe he expresses it, but I’m not impressed with Bowles as a head coach,. Where are the adjustments? This situation is a injury problem and a head coaching problem.

This is your time to shine, Nelly. Guy has shown a ton of potential the last few years and the team needs him now to be an impact player. Doesn’t have to have a ton of sacks the rest of the way but do need him to be able to make QBs uncomfortable and make plays in the run game.
