I love Edwards. He started fast last season, but the Ruggs tragedy must have been devastating for him!!! From what I heard, they were really close. They both came to the Raiders from the same draft and played the same position, but their style of play was different and really complimented each other and they looked like they could end up being a dynamic WR duo for the Raiders for a long time… I still get emotional just thinking about it, I could only imagine how he must have felt and probably still does!!! That’s all done and gone, now.
Now, he has a truly golden opportunity to work with the best WR in the NFL with almost the same exact build, so he’s the perfect player to emulate on and off the field!!! AND, McDaniels’ offense is a perfect fit for Adams, Edwards, Renfrow, Waller, Robinson, Hollins, Moreau, and Johnson!!! That’s a lot of competition!!!
He had better come to these Minicamps, OTAs, and Training Camp in the best shape of his life and ready to take advantage of every single rep, while learning and absorbing everything he can from Adams!!! I’m definitely rooting for him!!!

I feel like he’s got a lot in his favor this year. Hes gonna have some pressure, but not the kind of pressure a 1st round pick would have right now, but enough to motivate. The Adams thing is not only gonna open up the field but he gets to practice with one of if not the best route runner on top of having Renfrow there to work with as well! We have a lot of weapons so his targets should come with little adversity facing the 2nd best CB if that. So its on him I believe he has the talent so let’s see!

Love it! Was hoping it was going to be the Edwards show when we lost Ruggs, but it needed up being Renfrow and Zay stepping up. You saw the talent and the big play ability in spurts. I’m rooting for Edwards and hope he breaks out this year. Our offense will be unstoppable. Great dude….He was meant to be a Raiders
