well connect to wrs? they create zero separation against average Db core. Rodgers has to make a pinpoint throw to even come close to them making consistent catches. And even then theyre dropping the ball at an insane rate

@BossT29 worse receivers than ours get separation on play action. There is no separation because defenses don’t believe GB will run, so the linebackers drop into coverage and the d-line pins back it’s ears. You have to run more that 15-20 times a game for effective play action.

When Rodgers muffed that punt…..the Packers totally lost momentum and pretty much stunk up the joint the rest of the way.

The dropped passes were the biggest problems. Packers didn’t look HORRIBLE outside of those. And the penalties…. Like that defensive TD that was called back. And doubs of course dropping BIG passes to him. Coulda easily won by 14, cuz Washington didn’t look incredible out there

I always read articles about the team but at some point, writers need to start writing about Brian Gutekunst’s failure. If I was a writer I’d be talking about him being fired. It is a fireable offense to ignore the wide receiver position. Does Brian think this is the 1960’s or something? Guys just a buffoon. The front office needs an outsider who thinks it’s disgusting that the franchise has a 20 year drought of not drafting a wide receiver in the 1st round. Idk what future Brian is looking at but his ideal approach for the future is hot garbage and won’t get this team to a super bowl.

Looking at the schedule it looked relatively easy and now we are 3-4 when realistically we should be 6-/5-2 going into the buffalo

I am baffled by the play calling. Aaron Jones 8 runs, AJ Dillon 4 runs, 38 yards total. That is just ridiculous. Terrible game.
They were getting minimal gains also whenever they got a decent run got called back for holding.
Even when we lose, I am still thankful that he is our quarterback.

He’s on point. He’s up against a ton of failed quality on the rest of the team and to expect him to fix everything, that idea is ridiculous. These reporters treat this as though he can solve all of the problems and they’re pressuring the wrong guy.
The other players and coaches need to DO BETTER.
His contract has a lot to do with not having receivers needed, so yeah on him to help what they do have improve ..

Aaron said there were 7 or 8 drop passes. He singled out the one to Amari which would have been an amazing catch. If Aaron has that ball on point and drops it in there then it’s a catch.
I counted 9 horrible throws by Aaron and that is the norm for all 7 games this season.

You can’t expect much when your wr1 would be a wr3 on any other team, and are relying on two rookies and injury prone vet wrs. Gute should be ashamed of this roster. Did nothing to help rodgers in his final year
The Packers have not played well on offence for much of this season. There are growing pains with new offensive players. How long did it take Davante Adams to become the player he became? It’s unrealistic to believe that Romeo Doubs was going to be anywhere close to what Adams was the last few years during his first 7 games. Christian Watson is injured. Ditto. It’s true that Amari Rodgers has been a disappointment so far, fumbling a kick return today. Sammy Watson has shown some flashes but so far has not been a game breaker and has gotten injured, which is out of his control. Cobby is out injured. So it’s a combination of playing poorly, making poor decisions, changes on the O-line every week with players on the injured list, taking uncharacteristic yet costly penalties all over the offence, and having rookies figuring things out.
And this is why they should’ve taken Tee Higgins over Love a couple years ago now theyre stuck with developing rookie WRs who can’t create any separation and have drop issues and on top of that let go of MVS who seems to finally have figured out how to catch the ball and stay healthy in KC
Was at the game, he is still incredible, dude he legit had that tight end WIDE open on the crazy end play and he just let it go between his legs… legit Rodgers gave him a gimme..what else can you do when your coach takes your best weapon Jones off the field
