With Daboll success with Jones, with Mac Jones success with McDaniels and his failures this year without McDaniels…with just some examples I’ve shown, Zach will shine with experienced OC and QB coach. To me that is the plan, that is why LaFleur is gone, didn’t develop Zach.

PLEASE GET HIM AN ESTABLISHED QB COACH. he’s had a roller coaster with coaching
zach has had 4 qb coaches in 1 season. 1 died 2 retired and he’s left the next year with the one who has no nfl experience. no one would have success with that roller coaster. get an actual nfl caliber qb coach, get the line back healthy and see what happens. like 12 guys have played on the line this year. the one week when zach brought back his old qb coach he had one of his best games against buffalo. when he left and zach reverted back to calabrese, he had the worst game of his career the very next week. if that’s obvious to me it’s obvious to the coaching staff and joe d. listen to how they speak about it in the end of season press conference, they know they made a mistake leaving zach with no one who had any experience at all at qb coach. even jordan whitehead in a podcast mentioned qb coach when asked about zach. get an actual nfl caliber qb coach with nfl experience, get the o-line and fullback back healthy and see what happens.
