we need a major change
Idk that even with Lamar back that this offense is gonna be significantly better, but I do know this: 1) Snoop is never going to be an effective starting qb in this league. Especially if he can’t even muster up more than 1 TD a game. 2) This organization is all talk when they discuss the offense needing to get better (especially in the red zone) but don’t change a thing in their game plan and have the nerve to expect different results. I think offensively, they literally attack every team the same way smh. 3) Roman has to go. He is not willing to change anytime soon if at all. While I do agree with him on one thing that the execution from the players does need to be better, he doesn’t seem to look himself in the mirror and think “hmm, maybe I should change things up”. In stead he’s like “hmm, lemme see what i can find in my attic”. JH actually had to come up and speak for the coaching staff that they take full responsibility for this loss cas Roman likely wouldn’t have. I mean does the offense HAVE to do a run play every 1st down? Steelers defense loaded up the box 1st down nearly all game. 4)The defense lowkey isn’t good enough to just have that low of scoring production from our offense, cas While they don’t break a lot, they do bend A LOT. Part of the reason the defense seems great is due to the level of competition they’ve played. Idk that the ravens will beat the bengals, but if they want any shot, Lamar has to come back.

I think the question for many people going into tonight was “Is our struggle on offense Lamar or Greg Roman’s wrong doing?” Tonight the question was answered. Without a doubt Greg Roman has got to go. On top of this, If Harbaugh and EDC allow this completely incompetent OC to stay employed then they need to go as well. I by no means think we should be handing Lamar $200M but if handing him that money guaranteed firing all who deserve it and fixes this offense, by all means pay that man his 🍞
As much as I wanna blame Z-Ro I can’t. This is squarely on Harbaugh. He’s been reluctant to make a change a OC. He, as much as Z-Ro, have relied on Lamar to improvise and bail them out. Together they’ve wasted YEARS of Lamar’s prime because of nothing less than stubbornness and ego. I hope he hits the open market or forces them to trade him to another franchise with a staff intellectually capable of scheming up game plans that create favorable matchups for the SKILL positions and not O lineman. The defense showed up. Special teams showed up. You somehow managed to waste a BIG return from Hill by going 3 and out while losing yards?!? Pathetic
I’ve had enough. Besides not having a true 1 Wr…Our offense is NOT this bad. Get Payton and his staff in here and see if he can turn it around. I hope they keep Tee Martin tho. I think he’s definitely apart of the solution. I could see the difference in the Wrs once he came aboard. I’m hoping the spark Lj gives in his return is enough for one playoff win but I doubt it. We’re just not scoring enough and gone are the days where you can count on consistent 3 and outs from the defense. I hate the feeling of holding my breath in crunch moments knowing somebody about to get burnt. And all the money they put into defense makes it worse. But I’m riding til the wheels fall off. Hopefully whatever the outcome, in the off-season they get fresh tires!

I feel like the Ravens don’t do good wit later games we not used to it , I noticed every time we get a 4 or 8 Oclock game we lose .Sucks this game got flexed in the 1st damn place lol but oh well at least we made the playoffs. We must get better and we need LJ back bad .
This offense is so bad without Lamar Jackson ‼️💯 The coaching makes it even worse running the ball into 6-7 man fronts all night long making 0 adjustments.
