I blame the coach this team is badly coached they start off strong and then the second half they come out horrible defense to start off strong and then the terrible you gotta get rid of the coach is terrible this team is not prepared at all every game terrible coaching😠👎

Coaching easily the #1 issue here. McDaniels will be fired if not after this year, then the middle of next season. Just like he did in Denver. I bought into the hype, and really thought McDaniels learned from his mistakes in Denver. Will the Raiders ever find the right coach? Like a Jim Harbaugh type. What I mean by that, is a coach who will be here and be a winning head coach for a decade or more. I’m still a fan, always will be. I just want a winning team! I don’t care who the names are, anybody who can bring back “Just Win Baby” I’ll be so happy.
D line is soft inside…no kind of pressure from our D tackles, EVER…..
Fire Josh McDaniels if you want to give us some kind of hope for next season.
Im just tired of all the excuses. Everyone one wants to blame McDaniels, Carr, Graham, ect ect. Truth is it’s a combination of all of the above. No doubt most of the blame should fall on McDaniels, let’s be honest guys, all you have to do is watch the game to see that the Raiders are being out coached, that includes McDaniels and Graham, not to mention bad play calling on both sides of the ball. Execution has been talked a lot about, again that would be on the coaching staff, you have to find a way to work with your players strengths, that’s what good coaches do. And of course Carr, look, I want Carr to succeed, but he’s part of the problem as well, Carr is to inconsistent, he plays good, then not so good, he gets in his head to much, and I think 9 years is enough time where you can say, he is what he is, a decent QB who needs to have a perfect team in order to succeed. Good and Great QBs make the team around them good, no matter the short Cummings, Carr is not that guy, he needs a really good team to succeed, and that’s fine, but I want a QB who is going to make a team great even if the roster is not perfect. I guess it is what it is…. But what do I know…. Go Raiders!
Mark Davis is incompetent and has proven it for a decade. How many more bad HC and GM selections will he make? You would probably be a better GM that any of the ones Davis hired. Until he is gone, the fans will have more of the same, see Detroit Lions for reference.

The Head coach (Lack of) HAS GOT TO GO, he had a short stay in Denver before being fired and should be Fired in Las Vegas as well! I do not care the cost nor the difficulty in getting back the interim coach we had the end of last season, but IT NEEDS TO HAPPEN NOW!
That ship has sailed. Your stuck with what you’ve got for the next several years Marc say’s. Carr on the other hand might well be playing elsewhere next year. 🤷♂️😐

@MultiunitRealestate I’m NOT saying at all he is good enough, he can go back and beg Bellicheck for a job again in New England for all I care. I think the Raiders should have maintained our Interim coach from last season!

Why doesn’t HBO film the Raiders during the season not just pre-season? It would be a smash comedy!!!! This team is SAD!!! Wow! In my 50+ years of being a Raider fan I can’t remember being this fed up. If the season ended today I would throw an end of season drunk and enjoy hockey! I thought that maybe this year the Raiders could give us some post season hope but alas, WE will not be enjoying any winning football anytime soon, salary cap will kill us. So let’s look forward to many Aprils and getting a HIGH 1st round draft pick! RN4L

Good coaching finds a way to get the ball to their best players!! Plain and simple!!! You know they were going to make adjustments, you counter those adjustments and make it happen. This is what coaches do all damn year
Tank the season and keep options open to hire a new coach in the off-season to start fresh with a bunch of draft picks for defense and a chance at taking on a new QB
