2022 Free Agency Introductions | New Orleans Saints

New Orleans Saints 2022 free agent signings safety Marcus Maye and defensive tackle Kentavius Street speak with the media at their introductory press conference as they join the Saints during the 2022 NFL Free Agency signing period.

A 6-0, 207-pound native of Melbourne, Fla., Maye started at safety in all six games he appeared in for the Jets in 2021 and posted 46 tackles (30 solo), one sack and two passes defensed. In 2020, Maye was named a team captain and selected as the Team MVP by his teammates for the first time, when he started all 16 games and registered single-season career-highs in every category, finishing first on the team with 11 passes defensed and second with 88 tackles. Maye added two sacks, two interceptions and two forced fumbles – one of just four players in the National Football League that season with at least two in each category plus 85 tackles.

A 6-2, 287-pound lineman, Kentavius Street played in all 17 regular season games with two starts in 2021 and posted career-highs in all statistical categories as he made 27 tackles, three sacks and one forced fumble for the National Football League's third-ranked defense, adding two more solo stops in three postseason contests as San Francisco advanced to the NFC Championship Game.
