When he lined up next to Mike White you can tell he trust Mike and that’s all that was missing a QB he could trust I’ve got a great feeling about this season, Mike white, and saleh for this organization

Saleh is a General. Tremendous leadership. Many observations here of players reactions, everyone is into it and Elijah Moore is mad into it.
Notice how there wasn’t really a celebration in the short clip at the end when coach was speaking to the team in the locker room. This team expects to win and I love the workman like culture that’s being built. Onto the next game!
Exactly. Coach wants winning to be the new normal and we should act like we’ve been there before. Gotta love it!

Watching this man operate on game day and the connection he has with his players is really special. Where are you ‘knowledgeable’ Jets fans that call for his ouster earlier this year ?? ‘knowledgeable’ Jets fans that said all he does is spout platitudes; ‘knowledgeable’ Jets fans that said he didn’t hold players accountable; ‘knowledgeable’ Jets fans that said he was too much a players coach, not tough enough; ‘knowledgeable’ Jets fans that said Ulbrick was stupid to have defensive line rotation; WHERE ARE YOU NOW?

Not so much him as much as Ulbrich.. Hell I was one of them! I have no idea what was happening with the Defense the first 20 games but as soon as they had that meeting and Saleh made the Receipts comments… This thing turned COMPLETELY around! They did it and this guy should be Coach of the year finalist when this is all said and done
Love Coach Saleh, he inspires, supports and believes in his players. Hard not to sit back and smile watching this video.
I found it very hard to sit back and smile, all I wanted to do was run through a wall with that infectious energy and mentality- I can see why the team fights so hard, you can get glimpses of it in his interviews but this guy really is that dog, when Adams said we need more dogs in the locker room he really meant Saleh.
This is the first time I’m proud of my organization as a jets fan from top to bottom. Funny it all started with Joe Douglas and look at us now.
It’s crazy AF but Adam Gase basically brought us Joe Douglas, who has performed what I did not believe I would ever see in my lifetime. Especially following the Rex years collapse

“Treat your men as you would your own beloved sons. And they will follow you into the deepest valley.” This statement from Sun Tzu embodies Robert Saleh with this team. You can tell that he is stern with his players and expectations, but at the end of the day, they all love him. And so do we.
I knew it was pouring rain all day but you can’t quite appreciate it until you see these camera angles, damn! We were really fortunate to not have more injuries on our side. Gotta love Saleh, upbeat and bringing the energy through it all
Notices how calm he stays the whole game, even after scores, he celebrates but doesn’t act like we won the superbowl. he expects greatness and the players feel it, love where our organization is headed.
Yes, even he has matured and evolved from ‘DC’ to ‘HC’. Much the same as he expects his young players to mature and evolve as men.

Whenever we have huge leads, I think Robert should let Mike white and the offense get some 2 point conversion experience. We never know when we will need 2 points, gotta prepare for big playoff moments. Been a Jets fan for 25 years and this is the first time I’m excited in over 10 years. LFG Jets we all believe in this team!
