On this edition of "Broncos: A-to-Z," Alexis Perry and Zac Stevens discuss some of the most glaring issues on display as Denver dropped its eighth game of the season on Sunday against Carolina. Then, Super Bowl 50 champion Ryan Harris breaks down a few plays from the Broncos’ Week 12 game against the Panthers and points out some of the ways the Broncos can improve with six games remaining on the schedule.

    TooLate

@Mike We got a few back with the Chubb trade

    Howdy Do

Thank you mike for the optimism. Broncos country… let’s try to ride next season

    Mike

@Howdy Do its math, not feelings, feel for ya’ll though , gl either way

Alessandro Rhymes

Can somebody get close enough to whisper in George Paton’s ear and ask him to allow Javonte Williams “two” years to rehabilitate his knee injury, so he can come back like Barkley in New York.?

    Makua Harvey

Agree, especially when the upcoming RB free agent and draft class is so stacked

    Alessandro Rhymes

@Makua Harvey I wonder who will be available in FA they could Target? Also we need to pick one up in the draft. 💯

Alessandro Rhymes

Pookie is one who can help Russell don’t rush him back Broncos do the man right!. It will pay off

Leo Zabo

I hope something changes next year, otherwise we got the worst trade and contract in history

    Joe

    worse trade

Clinton Reisig

Now is the time to turn everything around

    Alessandro Rhymes

Yes Clinton if only everyone believed, instead we have fans who attack Coaches and players. I’m guilty as well. 😔

Jose Gonzalez

There’s a good chance Denver might not make the playoffs this season

    Mike

    lol ty 🤣

    Joe

    ah……..playoffs!?

    Kory Mulanax

Did you also know you lose every game you don’t win?

    Makua Harvey

    Thanks Booger 👍

Harold Richard

I don’t ever hear anyone talking about just how screwed we are with Mahomes on the Chiefs. That dude is gonna be there atleast the next 15 years. And we haven’t beat them in 7 years… wtf.

    Alessandro Rhymes

We need to keep the defense intact and keep improving on that side of the ball. I really don’t know how we can and improve what we desperately need on the offensive side to compete with Mahome and Herbert

    Yousir Cantknow

There is a reason they drafted Surtain II.

    Alessandro Rhymes

@Yousir Cantknow yes and we still need somebody opposite PS2. a stud. Unless #27 steps up?

Dark Dan

Some say Wilson is on a grift…

Br11zz

The Sunday night game against the chiefs has been flexed. Supposedly from the overwhelming demand of broncos fans on social media to the NFL. It just keeps getting sadder and sadder. I never thought I’d live to see this.

    J Stan

Flexed? What are you talking about?

    Alessandro Rhymes

Am I the only one who’s disappointed? I really wanted to watch them play. it was a Sunday night game and those are nationally televised.

Irvin Vanderbilt

GO BRONCOS 🏈🐎

    Joe

    go where!?

Yosh Yodriguez

At what point does Courtland Sutton get called out for underperforming man seems like he drops a couple of balls a game like he’s not paying attention feels like he’s showing he’s not a true number 1 receiver

Bradley Jackson

I’m just as disappointed as the next “true” Bronco fan. But at the end of the day…I bleed Blue and Orange…and will never turn my back on those guys that suit up on Sundays. I pray for Russell Wilson and the entire team…and will never be a “fair weather” fan. “Go Broncos” !!!

    Joseph Clark

    Spoken like true broncos country!!!

    C Thomas

absolutely, lovong these times honestly, seeing who’s truly with the winning-team mindset and who’s with the fantasy football mindset. Let’s go Broncos, still see good amongst the struggles 🥳🏁🏁

    C Thomas

@Joseph Clark ty ty take one to know one 😆

Jonathan Noriega

Even if it’s a close game the broncos always let is down …

E.M. Stonestreet

After this game against the Panthers, I went back and watched several Seahawks games from last year with Wilson at quarterback. I then watched a few Broncos games from last year with Lock at quarterback. What I saw was very clear. In Seattle, Wilson was playing for an extremely well-coached team where every single player around him was (and still is) making a fantastic effort on every single play. Great energy, from the coach on down. Wilson played with great intensity and passion and routinely made great plays. Meanwhile, last year’s Broncos O looked exactly like this year’s Broncos O. Relative to the Seahawks, they appear low-energy and often… uninvested. From the very start of this season, I’ve seen Wilson try to give his Broncos teammates a spark (passionately yelling at them on the sideline), and I’ve seen them often react impassively, like they’re not gonna drink his brand of KoolAid. Watch the coaches on the sideline at a Seahawks game. Sustaining and boosting energy levels is one of their primary roles. I’m not seeing that energy from coaches on the Broncos sideline (for the offense). A team needs a coach who clearly defines every aspect of the culture. Case in point, watch this week’s All Access video in a game the Seahawks lost: https://youtu.be/ANu7JHnU_OE?t=177 And see how alone Wilson often is in trying to bring that same energy to the Broncos, paying particular attention to the coaches, who often look almost totally uninvolved: https://youtu.be/9CpdZzkCJ7A

    Yousir Cantknow

Hey look! It’s a Seasquawk troll.

    KD W

I agree that we have to quit trying to find a (young) rookie head coach. Denver needs to get an proven head coach. Not just proven to win but proven he can completely change an organizations CULTURE! this team gives up after 1 loss every season. It’s been that way for several years now I remember starting 3-0 at times and as soon as we lost that first game it was over for the rest of the season. This team needs ALOT of new blood as in rebuild the offense and again a proven culture changing coach. Until that happens I believe it’s gonna be ugly in Denver.

    DFOURTY 9

Same kinds of things I’ve noticed too. As Hacket always says “it starts with me”. Time to 🔥 him rather then drag this team any lower. Otherwise I’ll assume Walmart is done with football and just giving up on this investment, it’s team suicide leaving him in at this point.

    Wardell M.

They hired Hackett because he was supposed to have a lot of “energy” and look how that panned out.

    E.M. Stonestreet

@Wardell M. What’s needed is an actionable philosophy for sustaining and directing energy, from both the coaches and the players. That’s what you see happening in the video of the Seahawks sideline. The coaches are coached to do that.

April Ripka

They should fire Hackett early this year then get new head coach next year Klimt kubiak will be good candate

    C Thomas

i bet you would’ve wanted Belicheck fired after a couple losong seasons too, pls say nothing if you can’t be neutral or positive, your opinion doesn’t help at all

    April Ripka

@C Thomas let give Hackett a chance it’s only first year with broncos
I think it will be better next season
It’s a bad year it might come through as of this weekend

HawkLad™

Let’s ride, I can’t wait for Seahawks to select the best edge rusher in the draft with Denver’s #1 overall pick.

    C Thomas

your constantly harassing Broncos clearly indicates your low esteem, get therapy asap and grow up

    HawkLad™

@C Thomas the fact that you classify this as harassment shows you are a little school girl and need to stop getting high off of Russell’s farts

Sunny jaylen yeng Thao

I’m just gonna say we stink but win lose draw still my team for life but man we suck this season

Fernandito

Seattle put the broncos franchise into a century poverty franchise 🥱

DFOURTY 9

Options:
1.) Fire Hacket
2.) All other options are stupid

I started watching Broncos football because of Wilson but I’ll stop real quick if we’re gonna keep doing Wilson dirty like this. Making him suffer a whole season with a rookie head coach is too cringe.

    C Thomas

I bet you would’ve cried for Belicheck to be fired during his losing seasons too

    DFOURTY 9

@Zachary Hughes He’s a classy charitable guy. That’s off the field. Then there’s the fact the Seahawks don’t win a franchise first Super Bowl without him, whether you think he had help or not. I haven’t seen enough to give up on him, just his “supporting cast” with the likes of a Nathaniel Hacket and Melvin Gordon. I don’t watch games and see Wilson surrounded with options like I do other teams, nor do I see a coach that looks fired up the way a 3-8 coach should be.

Michael Cannon

Russell Wilson is going to redefine how the game is played. Teams already are trying to win on a rookie contract, but after this debacle they might think twice kicking up 25% of your cap on a single player.
