Communication for the rookies in the secondary. He is gonna shine bright for Zimmer. Probably earn a multi year deal in the 2022 offseason.
That a huge compliment for the D-coordinator to tell him that in 8 years he hasn’t seen anyone communicate the way he has in their first year. That says to me he gets it.

Paul Guenther is the LB coach. He worked under Zimmer in Cincinnati and then became their D coordinator. He then became Gruden’s D coordinator and was let go last season.
I see a great season for him this defense going to be number 1 .I don’t see nobody being better really no weaknesses fr besides other defensive end spot and sum speed at wide out three Skol

Not gonna lie…Irv Smith Jr. needs to break out with Rudolph gone. I also think Conklin is gonna be the stud.
@DANIELS LAWRENCE Hope so. I love Smith Jr. We shall see now that Rudolph is gone what he’s made of. I’m not blown away but he has all the tools to be a beast. He’s been “Coming on” since he got into the league. I pray for nothing more than an absolute break out season! We need that from him. Conklin quietly is coming out of nowhere to assert himself as more than reliable TE.
@Joshua Johnson all of the “tight ends” they got on the roster, are faster than Kyle Rudolph!……that’s not up for debate!….., and it was time to go!….
@DANIELS LAWRENCE I don’t think anyone was talking about speed…no debate there. I would simply say it is time for Smith jr to put up teh numbers he is capable of. I hope he can and he should have a great season. Conklin is going to be a bigger part of this offense in my opinion, than most think. Either way hoping our TE’s have great seasons.

The Defense will be rocking again like 2017 & 2019 but the offense will remain the same and struggle against a dominate defense and Special teams will probably struggle as well…It’s all a repeat with Mike Zimmers team🤦♂️
