Titus I do. He was only 20 years old, he’s very young and talented. Marinelli is outdated for millennials like Hill. Nolan and his defensive line coach will be able to coach Hill up to where he can contribute. If you look at Gallimore’s college tape and watch Hill’s college tape, it’s clear that Hill was the superior college player. The great thing is that Gallimore won’t have to put up with the outdated Drill Sergeant of a defensive coordinator.

Execute better in the red zone and get back to the top 10 in ST units. Dallas wasn’t balanced last season, the defensive unit was horrible at stopping the run. The defense and the offense have room to get better.

Eric Jefferson Do you think Nolan and Tomsula will put up with him falling asleep during team meetings like Marinelli did? Second question, how many DL do you think the cowboys keep, if Gregory and Smith are both reinstated? Who has had on the field problems with their coaches more, Hill or Gallimore? I’ve seen the tape of Hill at the Central Florida and Gallimore at OK and I like Gallimore’s chances of being on the field more. You can’t keep em all, somebody has to go.

COWBOYS2300LETSEAT Mr it woods should’ve had a break out year last year tbh. if he was just more focus and caught the ball. In that game against the eagles Wentz literally was like 5-8 yards away from woods and threw a wouldve been pick six to him and he dropped it. But i think this year he makes those plays tbh especially since Donavan Wilson is breathing down him and haha back.

Wasn’t Richard brought into Dallas in hopes of establishing a similar secondary as “The Legion of Boom” in Seattle?. The team that was known to caused turnovers?. It seems to me, he ran basically the same scheme here in Dallas. The difference is “these players” didn’t provide the same turnover ratio of the players in Seattle. If.. it’s the same coach preaching the same message yet, only one team can get results then it’s obvious one teams players were more talented then the other. Hopefully, our newly draft players will helped turn thing’s around.

Robert Baker you seriously think they were running the same scheme as the LOB? You may want to watch some film. Sure Richard was apart of that but so was Dan Quinn, Gus Bradley and the defensive genius Pete Carroll. What they did in Seattle was nowhere near what they did in Dallas. Of course the players they had are better they had 2 sure fire HOF candidates and would be 3 if Kam didn’t get hurt. You’re missing the point all together

Hey Tyler, I believe the jist of this is.. you feel our guys were coached to just play the receiver.. not the ball. ( I believe that’s your point ). Mine is we have players who are talented, but lack ball skills lol. So.. with a new scheme / new coaching we will see if in fact it was coaching, or players who lacked ball skills. Being a Cowboys fan I’d rather you be right on this!. If our guy’s start producing INT’s were right where we wanna be. It’s easier to change the defensive schemes then to find talented ball hawking DB’s. However, even a mediocre DB can be made to look great when a great pass rush is present. My hope is we finally have a solid secondary.. however we can get there is just fine with me! 👍
