I love what Ballard is doing! First year he basically got rid of all bad contracts & had a good draft focused on solidifying the defensive side of the ball, that was trash due to Grigson’s bad FA signings.
CBallard 1st draft: Got young & fast on D.
2nd draft: focuses on O-line to protect Andrew & 2 All pro players with 2 first picks. (Q Nelson, Maniac Leonard)
3rd: Picked solid depth players all around
What Ballard has done has been nothing short of amazing
