it’s on the coaches to adjust for the other team and they go backwards more often than not, They don’t seem to know how to adjust for another team.

To anyone thinking that somehow having Gruden back would be better, another one of his 1st round selections just got released. Him and Mayock are the reason why this team is so sad right now. No foundational players and no depth. McDaniels and Ziegler should have been smart enough to recognize that getting to the playoffs last year was a fluke. A lot of their draft picks don’t turn out and it leaves a void in talent. Anyone who knows how the NFL is knows that this team is too weak at offensive line and on defense to make the playoffs again. I ultimately think Carr and Adams will and should be gone next year. No way either one can continue to be paid what they’re getting and win games. They’re the highest paid QB-WR combo behind the super bowl champs without winning a single playoff game or even playing a single down together.

For those going to the game on Sunday, I hope you guys BOO THE HELL OUT OF THE COACHING STAFF!!

If the coaching staff really does plan on moving on from Carr this offseason, we better be ready to say goodbye to Adams as well.
He came here because he wants to play with Carr, so imagine how disgruntled he’ll be when he finds out he’ll have to play with a rookie QB.
We could really see this whole team blown up this off-season.

I get these guys work for the owner, so they aren’t here to voice their real opinions. But having to sit there and actually have to defend the coach, put the problems on the players, c’mon man, we’re not that dumb. Carr does NOT have free reign of this offense. He can’t call audibles, he has to run that ego maniac’s play or else. This season isn’t about winning, it never was from day one. And one last thing, quit bringing up his six championship rings! He didn’t earn them as the Head Coach! Brady and Billicheck will enter the Hall of Fame for that, not HIM!

9 weeks into season. How long is going to take to get this problem solved

Carr ain’t going to get us through the playoffs and to the SB no way Jose ! It’s time to fold that old deck of cards and move on from that losing deck Carr is only destroying the franchise by promising this and that every single year that goes by Carr has more losses than Wins enough is enough it’s right about that time to park that broken Carr give the real Raider Nation some hope Release Carr now or at the end of the season but now is better than later just saying WHY keep adding Big Losses to the Raiders Franchise it doesn’t make sense at all to keep destroying the record. If we see the same garbage coaching from last week and the Raiders lose to a Jeff “High School” Saturday-led Colts team — Josh McNuggets should be one and done. This season is similar to the Mike White, Norv Turner, and Joe “Multiple Championships” Bugel crap. Josh McNuggets is in that same company, and it’s not a good place to be.

You guys are just covering McDaniels. This team was cooking and went to the playoffs last year. Lets face it, since McDaniels came in he made the Raiders a Ball of confusion. All you got to do is look at the played games so far.

Get rid of McDaniels. He’s killing The Raiders!

the Raiders need McDaniels to be a bit more like Art Shell, who was a great coach …the only thing he did wrong was he went overboard in trying to toughen the Raiders up when he would beat the hell out of them all week in practice…but, he got the Raiders…if McDaniels could just add that aspect of being more physical than the other teams to the Raiders..I think that would fix a lot of their problems.
