    @R.I.C !! Look at last year, mostly every unknown player have a nice season…

    Every rookie and back up QB that played the Yucs all had great numbers, and the reason for that is, there is not much film on that player so teams don’t go at them as hard, but the very next season their numbers falls off very badly, and Shaq is a result of that…

    Right now this Yucs team has 60 million dollars in 4 players that are not producing
    Cheating Tom Brady 27 Mil, Shaq 17 Mil, Gronk 10 Mil, and Suh 8 Mil…

    This dumb move will effect the team for the next 5 years…

    Smallville shaq garners a bunch of attention now. Teams are double teaming him. Do you know how football works? Little bit harder to get pressure on the qb when your double teamed 🤦🏼‍♂️ You don’t lead the league in sacks at the end of the season unless your extremely talented. Shaq is still a beast it’s only been 2 games!

    Not really, I would have signed him to a 1 year 10 mil deal, or a 2 year 21 mil deal!!! Alot of those sacks came in garage time, and when he needed to make a play, he couldn’t get there…

    @Smallville You take the 15 M cap hit this season and when he doesn’t come close to that production in 2019 you get a great deal a good role player for a long term contract.

Since MVP usually goes to the qb just rename it QB of the year award. Use college format and award the WR of year, RB of the year, off lineman of the year. Then something like a Jim Thorpe award for best DB of the year. It make it more exciting.

The Bucs haven’t played well enough to be overlooking anyone. The players know it. Coaches know it. No chance they overlook a good Broncos team who had 2 close loses and even with Miller out is still a decent defense.

It not so much who starts it’s the more productive back should be getting more carries. That was the case last week. Fournette had 17 touches Jones had 9 touches. (touches mean rush attempts and targets in the pass game)
Just go with a game by game basis and see who is grooving that week.
Just like they made an effort to get that connection with Evans last week. I’d use this game to try and get Gronk and Brate going. He has that connection with Miller, Godwin, Evans and Howard. Time get to the last two pieces. I’d feel so much better about the the offense if Either Gronk or Brate get going.

We would all love to see Barrett rack up sacks. But there’s other aspects of his game that are still very impactful to the defense as a whole.

And I really take issue with the notion that we just don’t use the tight ends because #1 that’s very poor coaching when you don’t utilize the talent on your roster to the best of its abilities.

and outside of Chris Godwin and Mike Evans the best weapons we have are the tight ends. I like Leonard fournette, and mccoy adds some zest to the offense and rojo is kind of in between..

But from top to bottom the tight end group is a better group than the running back group so you’re really cutting out a large swath of productivity when you’re not taking advantage of those tight ends. That’s not even taking into consideration the history that Tom Brady has throwing to tight ends

    I know I was appalled when Arians said “we don’t have tight ends to throw the ball too, THats what the WR are for”. He’s really made some dumb comments to the press this year. Some things you just need to keep to yourself. Unless he is just saying that in the media to catch opponents off guard when we all the sudden start throwing to our TE all the sudden. Hoping it’s the latter.

    @Brandon Stephens yeah that’s the only thing I can come up with as well is that he’s just trying to fool someone but he has a history of not throwing to the tight ends so unless he’s just going to transform his offense overnight… I think all the TEs are going to have a down here and I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them want to leave in the off-season especially if we don’t win the super bowl this year.

    That being said I would like OJ Howard to figure out how to catch the ball more consistently. Also he seems to fumble the ball fairly often as well. Haven’t looked at the stats but every time he catches the ball I’m just like hurry up and get to the ground

    Or maybe the tight end group isn’t as good in real life as it is on paper. Idk. I’m not a professional. but I can certainly get behind what you’re saying like he has said things that he doesn’t need to say there’s no tangible benefit to some of the things he has said to the media

Ignore the hype – last week was a “disaster”, this week we are “great”. Neither true. The offense is still misfiring but that’s to be expected , as long as we see improvement
