I am proud of him For staying patient

pigspigs76

Some of your best work Eddie, keep it up

    M M

I was thinking the same thing. He’s really made the off-season much better by putting out all this content. It’s a lot.

    pigspigs76

@M M honestly I initially was not a fan, but he seems more relaxed and confident.. and yes he’s putting in lots of good work

Quentin Hood

I’m so excited to see what Josh can get out of this team

Gabriel Ramirez

I’m really pulling for you Josh I don’t care about your past and what happened I know ur a good coach been watching you for yrs! Good luck really looking forward to the start of the season

    Eleven Raiders

It is what it is… all behind him now just gotta win baby!

    Cory Rickard

He was a good coach before he tries Denver. Why people are so confident baffles me. After seeing our coaches the last 20 years

    Beach All day Guy

They sound much more football intelligent then past staff have to admit ..

Chris Coverdell

I have a good feeling about the new coach

MilkABeezyLikeCereal

Gruden was a boomer who was out of the league for years before he returned to the raiders. Glad we have a guy who’s been in one of the most successful offenses consistently

    Galaxia X

As if being labeled a boomer means anything bad, ..

Joaquin Chavez

Someone needs to update the coaches list on the team website smh

Cory Rickard

I hope every fan stops bashing mark. He’s trying his best to make the raiders great again. MRGA

    Joaquin Chavez

Find another way to market that buddy

    Cory Rickard

@Joaquin Chavez why. Make america great again. You find that offensive huh? Lmao

Cory Rickard

Devante building a house in Las Vegas. Uh oh.

Jeff Aragon

I’m definitely not a Patriots fan by far and the tuck rule made me hate brady(lol) not aking anything away from the GOAT but McDaniels if you can have a run with Carr like you did with Brady let’s go……….. RAIDERS……….

Buck Naked

This is an upgrade from Jon

Does anyone know if his interviews with individual prospective players at the combine are recorded? Who’s going to come clean and be totally honest when cameras are rolling? The player? Nope. The coach? Nope. Just wondering how those interviews are conducted.

A Garcia A Garcia

Someone should have the courage to ask Josh his thoughts on the 2010 Mile High Massacre where the Raiders beat his Donkey’s 59-14.

Richard Martinez

I like how he said down the line he’s gonna let the offensive coordinator coordinate

stigmojo

I think the Raiders past problems stemmed from proper coaching. Hopefully this new crew will provide the players with what they need to succeed.Marinelli took a little time but got results eventually. Tom cable was ok with solid players but when he lost them the O- line play suffered.Defensive backs were really bad… coaching counts, baby!

Monquise Reynolds

New start let’s go raider nation got a good coach

Space Cowboy

Well I guess there’s no doubt now that with signing Davonte Adams he’s serious about winning and also keeping Carr as his QB. AFC West though is the toughest division in the NFL this year. What a wild season it’ll be divisionally!!

Ryan Murphy

I am pulling for Josh, not only as a Raider fan, but as someone who has seen him be patient for the right opportunity.

Kyle Damron

I love what Josh and Dave have done so far. My worry is that he has another HC run like with the Broncos and carries on the Belicheck curse of hiring his former coaches

John L

It’s nice seeing individuals grow for the better by taking in your past problems and fixing them. I notice he’s taking a TB12 approach where it’s get to know everyone and build positive relationships. Hoping for the best, Josh!
