Pat Shurmur was the reason the QB’s didn’t perform. Yeah, there are better options, but let’s not forget who was running that offense. Pat Shurmur was basically a DC for Denver’s opponents every week.
You guys never once mentioned the OC last year. Pat shurmer was the main problem. I bet even if he went to the cheifs he would turn them into one of the worst offenses
I mean, to be fair, they have talked about how bad shurmur was pretty much every week this season. Him and mcmahon were terrible

EVERY. SINGLE. Coaching hire is a rookie at their perspective position w/ the exception of 1yr for Kubs. Yet every single hire is a buddy or friend of a friend. Risky bet for Hackett. Kudos to GP for empowering his coach but, DAMN!! Not one vet coach?? Exciting to see if it pays off. They’ll need to “out coach” some pretty legit names/coaches in the AFC. Elite QB or bust. #Facts

He was hired because he’s the best HC for the job and has a vision for his offense AND a vision for the defense and special team’s he’s a true HEAD COACH
I have to disagree with the “it doesn’t matter what side of the ball they come from” philosophy. I think in today’s NFL offensive head coaches shape game plans a little more. Of course you have some exceptions, but I think smart offensive minds and ability to shape the culture are the way to go. That’s why the Giants wanted Daboll…
