If the relationship is that solid then what we as fans need is patience. A true, sustained success takes some time. Lets face it, this team has always been going for the quick fix, which is why it’s a rollercoaster of spurts of success followed by losing. Combine that with bad drafting and you have a team that can’t reach the top or stay near the top of the division for long. If this is the beginning of a cohesive front office and great relationship with coaching, then we need to let it work out.
As a life long fan of this team I have been showing Patience for 50 years. My patience ran out a long time ago. I’m not quite a Senior citizen yet but I would like to see a SB victory before I die.
Enough of the quick fix bs. Take your time and get it right. Keep building we’ll see the upside year by year. I dont expect a winning season for another 2 years tbh.

The relationship is great between these 2, but Adam gase coaching plays is trash. you’re not going to go to the playoffs with that guy.
