Will Brench All you need to go all out in free agency is cap space. Jags can outbid basically every other team. You don’t need to be good to spend money, and they want to try to create an identity with Urban Meyer. With all of our draft picks and money the team is going to look entirely different. I just hoping they can make the right decisions for once.
