Yea the two tight ends should be big targets this year but you cant downplay the rookies. They have to come into the team and make a definite impact. Whoever can score more will make a bigger impact. Lots of targets to throw to.

The one-back narrative about Shurmer is FALSE. I watched the highlights of the entire Vikings 2017 season, and they had two really good backs they used equally, for both scoring and chunk plays. They also had a fullback. The had a good tight end they utilized well and they had two good receivers, with another couple getting some action on occasion. All this told me that Shurmer will use the personnel he has.
I’m also a diehard fan and I hope we win our division. I feel like we have improved offensively and our defense will be better. GO BRONCOS!
So irritated with this narrative that Drew is young and has to “come along.” Pat Mahomes had ONE game his rookie year, then won the MVP in his second season. I’m not saying Drew will win MVP, but why shouldn’t he be a top QB now that he has a feel for the NFL, knows what he needs to work on, and has multiple weapons at his disposal? The only thing holding him back, I think, is the lack of OTAs in person and a new OC to whom he must adjust. Hopefully things click, hopefully he can get some time with his receivers, and he’s already proved that he can learn and improve when he can only do so virtually, so I remain optimistic.
