as far as the Pass Rush goes we have the killer of dreams & Attatchou who will rotate with Chubb & hold down Von’s spot… also Tuska is still on the PS
So I don’t think we are a worse team than 2019 at the moment- I believe we are a better team than 2019… even with these injuries

It would be such a huge relief if from the get go Lock & co. proved everyone [including me] wrong & were an unstoppable force for the whole season… that would be so awesome… regardless of outcome I am so looking forward to Mon night!
That’s exactly the play I would call first play of season as a comment I made a week+ ago stated…
Here is what I envision:
Send $$$Cleveland$$$ on a disguised deep route where he lines up in a 2 TE OFF set as if he is the SLOT WR guy with Patrick OUTSIDE… give them a max protect look 2 TE Fant & Vannett with Vannett selling the 6 OL look & Beck at FB to block NO RB’s [that right there should surprise them] so totally telegraph a 1st down 1st play passing play…. HOWEVER:
Run Fant on a wheel out & Cleveland on what looks like a slant where the Fant wheel out route seems like option 1 [The design play 12- 15 yards] & the slant sold as a ‘pick’ option 3 with Patrick outside running a dig out at 15 yards to [opposite of Fant wheel out] sideline option 2 look… this will pull safeties up & out believing they have contain at 20 yards from LOS… then when Cleveland ‘fails’ on the pick & Fant clears Cleveland jets POST/CRNR & just full speed footrace… it should be a 1 on 1 as Fant & Patrick will take the S outside toward sidelines & up to 20 from LOS… Cleveland can then just outrun the slot CB on him for the TD

Vannett can block but if good then clear & sell the quick 5- 7 yard dump along the seam… again the whole design is to keep the Safeties believing the play is within 15 yards of the LOS so they will believe they have contain… until they don’t & its a day late & dollar short to adjust… $$$Cleveland$$$ for the TD!

The Best thing the Bronco’s can do is drop the BS and Pray together as a team before a game in unison. This is a team sport! If they don’t want to do this Fire them!
