(not saying Mr. Booker is JJ Watt the player, but I’m getting the same vibe as a man)
And I would have gone a different route in the draft.. I would have went Thibodeaux and Davis first two picks, and then Pickens with the 3rd pick.. after that, then I would have worked on that secondary and offensive line and running back.. I just simply value the defensive line above the other positions on defense.. if you can not stop the run and not generate a pass rush, does not matter how good your secondary is.. they are going to get open.. its hard enough even for the best of corners to cover a good top wide receiver, but when you can not generate a pass rush.. it becomes impossible to cover a good WR.. so I would have gone a different direction.. and I think the Texans fans would have loved Thibodeaux and Davis even as much as Stingley and Green.. where Green is concerned, I could have moved back up into the first round and taken him.. even using the first round pick in next years draft pick from Cleveland to come up and get Green this year..
