Nolan Heise Chiefs drafted him to be a system player, receiving threat at the running back position, great pick for Kansas City

X YRGDeeOneJordan X Swift can do both, but the Chiefs have Damien Williams and they want a primary receiving back, someone that specializes in underneath routes and wheel routes, Swift is a more of a pure runner than Clyde, but Clyde is a better receiving back, that’s why the Chiefs took Clyde, and he is a better scheme fit for the Chiefs.

@Flippant Booch you dont necessarily need elite talent at WR, and you can find elite talent at WR in the later rounds. In fact many of the elite WRs today were taken after the first round. The same can’t be said for tackles
@Bearboy193 WR was the flashy pick but they need a tackle more. Easier to turn a later round wideout into something good than a tackle unless your team is really good at that, and the Jets aren’t that.

It was only surprising until I heard that they got a 2nd and 3rd round for the 23rd 1st round pick. They blew their 2nd on Sanu last year and a 1st round pick is always more expensive to sign. They have GOT to have some free agents in talks that they’ll have to pay for.
Jaime Garcia most teams will get back into the first to get a QB so they have the fifth year option in case he is a stud. They might surprise me

@Go Raiders C’mon he’way better hands (only 1 drop last year) and his route running already improved and will improve further over the next few years. From now on other teams cant put everybody in the box anymore to stop Jacobs and Hunter cause they’ll finally have to respect our deep ball and we’ll gonna see a lot more end around/bubble screen plays with his speed. When it comes to Arnette he could be a solid lockdown corner if he reduces his flags but thats coachable and dude he can tackle. First I wasnt too hyped as well but after watching some film Im proud of Mayock and Gruden.
