What the Broncos need to do for the next HC is the complete opposite of what they have been doing for the last 6 years. They need an offensive minded coach and someone who is going to bring life into this team and who is going to be able to develop qbs. Even they they somehow ended up pulling off an Aaron Roger’s or Russell Wilson trade they would still need to eventually find a replacement and the last few coaching staffs haven’t been able to develop any of these young guys
