What is the Worst Decision in NFL History? – FANTASY FOOTBALL FAN SITE
jeremiah mclaurin

Seahawks should have ran it

Fitzy

The Steelers changing from Heinz Field to Acrisure Field😐

UrixzFC

Seattle throwing the ball on the 1YD line in SB 49 back in 2014 with 28 seconds left is the worst decision in NFL history, no doubt. They literally had the best RB in the league in that area of the field that year. 💀

    jaelah

    I totally agree🤣

    Six Foot Four Mike

His name is Beast Mode for a goddamn reason

    Joshua Mcneely

Well ML wasn’t money at the 1 yard line. In that time frame he was 49% which wasn’t that good. I could be wrong but I think that year was his worst. If they try to run it 4 times he probably still gets in. If they throw it and it was a TD wouldn’t you say PC was a genius.

    sixburgh64ss

Easily #1 and I don’t know what I’d say #2 is off the top of my head but what I do know is that it isn’t even close.

    Zaquan

@Six Foot Four Mike Man that still bothers me that he didn’t run the ball they could’ve had back to back Superbowls.

Caleb P.

The worst decision is allowing adam rank to predict records

    KennyMonster13

    💀💀

oofer34

1. the Super Bowl 49 incident
2. deshaun watson trade
3. bears passing on mahomes

    B J

Bears Fan looking back Mahomes was a big boom or bust guy and the bears were not his best fit. You look back and see he sat for all of his rookie year behind Alex Smith if the bears grabbed him it would’ve been Mike glennon and then don’t need to go into the coaching and how Andy Reid is one of the greatest
Point is bears stink chiefs are great

    madwrestler 145

Nah Watson trade was awesome lol

    Dee

Number 3 isn’t far off. It took a entire year off, having one of the best offensive minded coaches of all time, and learning the system of a already playoff bound team to get him to where he is. Mahomes was extremely risky.

Kaylonthekidrs07

Chip Kelly trading LeSean McCoy, getting rid of DeSean Jackson, trading Nick Foles for Sam Bradford imo

B J

Right out the gate does Troy even deserve the hall sure he made passes but he had a great o line one of the best receivers of all time and the all time leader in rushing yards

    Mr Nobody

He had a lot of great teammates, but he still had to make the plays. There are QBs out there who couldn’t take advantage of that.

joe fortino

Sanders was only so good because he got the chance to play the bears twice a year for 10 years and rack up yards.

Leo Huertas

Seahawks not giving the ball to Lynch on the 1 yard line and passing the ball. Still the worst decision in NFL history.

amazing ANTHONY! 4th 🎆🎇

The biggest mistake in NFL history is hiring Adam rank

    JaviianNyB

    Not a single lie

Cal Caleb

Drafting Sam Darnold and Josh Rosen before Allen and Lamar. Facts and stats over feelings and opinions, Lamar and Allen should have gone too 5 before Sam the ghost seer and Mr”there were 9 mistakes taken ahead of me” atlest the 9 got pro bowls 🤷‍♂️😂

Caleb David Drake

Glad to see Seahawks throwing the ball on the list 👍🏻

Kick It To The King Productions

Worst decision was folks listening to you in 2019 when you said the Titans would go 3-13. Reality = AFC Championship

Micah Kiyimba

Seattle throwing the ball on the 1 yard line. Mind boggling when you have Marshawn Lynch in his PRIME in the back field.
Cost them the SuperBowl and destroyed what could’ve been a dynasty….the fall out is still being felt today.
Carroll was out of his mind for that play…like WTF?

Svge_ Wack

The trades Houston has made the past 4 years. Leremy tunsil for 2 first rounders and trading Hopkins for a 2nd rounder and a washed rb.

phoenixian100

Passing on the 1-Yard line or the DeAndre Hopkins trade, because it started the downward spiral of the Texans organization.

patrickmahomesburner

The San Diego Chargers passing out on Peyton Manning but the got Ryan Leaf instead.

Al

Why did he call David Tyree a journeyman receiver? He played 6 seasons with the Giants and his last season with the Ravens. Journeymen don’t play for just 2 teams

    Ray Murphy

Yep. Journeyman typically means you play for “several different teams” throughout your career. Fitzpatrick is a great example.

    Ryan MacDougall

Because “terrible receiver who never caught another pass in the NFL” is too long and sounds mean.

AROB PROD.

When the Texans traded DeAndre I thought they would get a 1st round pick in exchange until I heard who they got

Firedog1111

SB 49. Tossing the ball into heavy coverage while the human tank that got you to the one-yard line is standing on the sidelines, still breathing fire with at least another 100 yards in him. Stupid beyond the realms of understanding. Coach should have been escorted out of the stadium in handcuffs.
