I love Carr he’ll always be a Raiders legend in my eyes but I understand the need for change. The culture of the Raiders has been lose lose lose for the last 20 years and in order to spark change you need any remnants from the losing culture to depart. JMD knows he very well could get fired and he won’t get another chance to be a Head Coach if he doesn’t at least make the playoffs next season so I fully expect them to target Brady and a bunch of other pieces to compete. Thank you Derek for sticking it out this long 🏴‍☠️🖤🤍

    Yep. We really got great results out of the team this year. From 5th seed in the AFC to 6 wins. But I’m sure a 47 year old quarterback will turn things around

    @Joeybagz421 Not trying to argue, just a slight correction. The Raiders have the poorest owner. The team itself is actually valued at around 8 to 10 billion. That is not even in the bottom five of poorest valued teams. So no, the Raiders are not the poorest team.

    Also, in teams of what the OP was saying… The Raiders do have a lot of cap money (NFL provided money) and draft capital. He was correct on that.

    @DivISive_Gaming Forbes put out the report last week. Same report they put out every year. Raiders are worth 5.1 billion huge increase over last year and now ranking 8th in the league. Also have the highest debt ratio though so it’s somewhat subjective

A lot of smart sounding football speak. Unfortunately, we see this coach, under this gm have set epic record fails in collapsing in games. The coach in particuliar was horrible in play calling, and adjustments. Either these guys were complete dummies., or they were purposley sabotaging games. They sound really polished during the offseason. But. When games mean something mcdaniels isnt qualified to be headcoach for a community college.

We were a top 3 team in pass rush in 2021. What do we do? Bring 1 person back from our DLine and let everyone else walk.
I’m not even mad at how the LB and DBs performed, there’s not a lot you can do with all the injuries bur by all means, go into a season knowing the trentis are stacked. The rest will follow

First let me say one more time goodbye to Derek Carr. Rooted for him for nine years. His decision to not be with the team the last two weeks opened my eyes. Giant disappointment. How could a Captain leave his team? DC has to be the biggest disappointment in the history of the Raiders. To walk away from the team and to say he didn’t want to be a distraction has to be one of the biggest underlying problems of DCs career. To immature to handle the pressure at QB. Stat king only because it’s a passing league now. The biggest bust can throw for 250 yards any given Sunday. DC left and quit. Amazing. Never thought I’d see the day but hey, it’s the Raiders…so anyway good luck McDaniels & hope ya bring Brady in, bring in some talent and Just Win Baby.

He gave an overview of “The Process” clearly as to how it going to translate successfully. Some of the ingredients mentioned were laid out during his inaugural speech January 30, 2022. It’s a new day Raider faithful. Trust the Process!!
