That’s the key to this year: The learning process, top to bottom. Coaching staff is young and got to learn, players are young and got to learn. I’m glad to see how much playing time the younger guys got this yr. All the injuries to our prize FA acquisitions might have been a blessing in disguise. It gave a lot of possible fringe players valuable experience and playing time and allowed guys like Berrios to shine, who might’ve been over shadowed by the ball going to the presume defacto #1 Davis. Now that he’s establishing himself as a threat, when we’re at full health and complement, the opposing defense will have more to account for.
