It’s not a fresh start its just giving us what the Rams had last year, And everyone’s gonna know it too!

I see the Seahawks going out of the first round of the playoffs again this upcoming season.
There were literally no major roster improvements overall that were made to make them real contenders this off-season, just slightly upgraded replacements.
KNJ is pure trash and their defense is suspect especially at CB, Waldron has absolutely no business as an OC, and Carroll will still be coaching his abysmal way, he runs the show, and nothing will change.

@Resident Of The Abyss It’s fair to say they didn’t upgrade the roster. As for your prediction of a 1st round exit, I can only hope you are mistaken. Anything less than a Superbowl appearance will be a disappointment this season. As for the coaching, I don’t have much faith in Pete as a decision maker at this point, but hopefully the scheme change on O will give teams fits early on. Ken Norton needs to go.

I’ll will just say to expect the same results this year, Peteball hasn’t gone away, it is still in full effect.

Pretty sure Dissly will beat out Everett for the number one spot

@james larson only in the primary running formations! I think the will bring in Everett and Parkingson in the passing formations

@james larson I think that they use a lot of two tight sets. I get the feeling it will be more like tight end 1A and tight end 1B, as far as what Ferguson was saying I think that Tyler will have closer to 1200 yards, and I think Chris will have an 1000 yard season rushing.

We shall see, the only reason it would fold is if the rest of the league is able to predict what we’re running due to the familiarity of seeing the Rams with the same calls a year ago.

@The Second I felt the defense got rrly hot at the end of the year and was good at the right time. The offense was just lacking creativity which led to the rams easily being able to stop us In The playoffs.

Our oline was solid last year russ took too long to throw on many occasions and the quick game was non-existent that’s why we took a lot of hits that’s why we went heavier on the dline this year bc our line is pretty good actually

We should have signed Austin Reiter a Center. Much higher PFF vs Pocic and he is known for strong pass pro. Might have worked well with the upcoming system. But at least we got Gabe, that was the clear improvement. Go look at his stat line he’s somewhere over a thousand snaps with 0 sacks aloud. That’s at least what Google told me lol. But yea, definitely an improvement on the O line, and hopefully Russ makes better decisions to clean up even more sacks

Ya all we will hear is confidence in the plan, but as long as the players understand it, absorb it, and execute it, the confidence and belief in the system will go a long way. It might take time for our offense to develop, the way our defense developed throughout last year. I’m okay with a weak start as long as we see improvement over time, and when playoffs come, I hope they are running on all cylinders when it matters most. Just hope it won’t be too little too late. But it will be the opposite of our offense last year, I personally believe, where we improve over time instead of drop off
