The jags first mistake was hiring someone that doesn’t know what the hell he is doing drafting players .Why would you draft a running back in first round when you needed a lineman to protect your franchise quarterback ? I think you fire urban and his staff and find you a real gm that understands drafting the correct players in draft

Get to the real problem, Trevor Lawerence. He has happy feet, can’t feel/see the pressure, can’t step up into the pocket, needs to take what the defense gives him. He looks terrible.

Yup. He needs to go to Peyton Manning school on how to read defenses pre-snap, audible and anticipation when receiver is about to get open. He’s shown he can throw the deep and intermediate passes but the short game needs work that dissect defenses and keep drives going: short passes to the flat, check downs, screen plays, short crossers, quick slants.
Josh Allen overrated. Hes a Robin at best to a Batman. No elite strength or get off and pass rush moves are not great either.

Try to trade back and draft Jameson 1st round, Justyn Ross is rd 3. Oline in rd 2 and other 3rd pick. Trade Shenault for Isabella. Bring Marvin jones back for another year. Try to sign Chark for reasonable 1 or 2 year deal. Sign patchwork oline. Bring in another lb for competition and find slot corner

Yea I’ve been on that train all year but this offseason has to be all about offense and helping TLaw. We have to score and we dont just need bodies we need serious playmakers. He can’t look next year how he’s looked this year

If Coughlin was fired because of disgruntled players and now the same thing with Urban, I have to believe this is a dysfunctional team and ownership group. This is why Parcells left his teams.

For gods sake UBRAN COACH SOMEBODY, Vrabel stands on his sideline, slaps butts, grabs players by the helmet and gets his guys going. Urban went a whole defensive possession WITHOUT HIS FUCKING HEADSET ON. He stands alone on the sideline all game. No one wants to be 3 yards within this guy.
Did anyone else hear him say the “kids” on defense played a good game? He’s stuck in his own mindset. He’s not willing to change and this experiment is over. Shad Khan is the problem. He doesn’t know what it takes.
