@L A it’s impossible to open it up when you literally have no time to throw. They probably didn’t see a point in risking ruining Tua’s confidence with turnovers and taking unnecessary hits. Austin Jackson should be back next week hopefully and that’ll be a big boost. The cardinals have good players but no Aaron Donald’s and it should be a lot easier to muster up some offense. They have to be able to run the ball better to slow down the pass rush and give Tua some easier passing situations

Tua is gonna develop chemistry with the first unit and the offense will begin to get better. Tua hasn’t really played with the first unit to Develop chemistry but he’ll get there.

@Tre Anthony people are ungrateful. Miami is technically in the first year of a rebuild after completely tearing down the roster last offseason and maximizing assets. They just started cashing in those assets this past offseason. They have 2 first rounders and 2 second rounders again this draft. The future is BRIGHT . Rome wasn’t built overnight. I’m thankful how much of a turnaround they’ve had this year . They’re playing as a team and giving maximum effort for the most part. They’re extremely competitive and the defense is looking legit. The rebuild couldn’t be going any better than it is. They just have to keep growing and developing these young players

@Johnny Bravo Exactly. All these comments clamoring to open up the offense against Aaron freaking Donald. Slow developing down field plays would’ve got Tua killed especially after seeing that first strip sack, plus the team got a big lead early with no running game to help. All week we were hearing how Donald will murder Tua on the field and it’s a big mistake to start him against the Rams, yet everyone’s surprised about the conservative game plan

Those two failed wildcat formation attempts had me scratching my head. 3rd and short is typical completion for Tua, easy pitch and catch.

@Ensenador Jones yeah we had offensive issues, but Tua didn’t make any mistakes, unless you count the strip sack but that’s just Aaron Donald for ya imo. Our offense was bad but Tua wasn’t. Give him time. Either way, we won that’s all that matters

I feel like the playbook was limited for him and was very concealed. I think we’re going to open up more plays and opportunities for him each week
