Like DJ reed said we’re too good and talented to be doing the type of mental errors they displayed past few weeks. They’ll bounce back if the offense can start getting points and control the time of possession.
Bro there very talented I see it but problem is there playing like there in college with mental errors, penalties in college you can get away with that
In the pro that stuff give a team 30 points and at same time you miss out on 30 points in pro that bite you tale and this team got mature man as soon possible.

The Jets defense coordinator and the players got do meeting and start finding plays that they have big success rate on and plays they have low success rate on and eliminate whatever is not working and keep whatever is working.

He talked about there being “too much” twice in this interview. I wonder if both Offense AND Defensive schemes are just too damn complicated for such a young team? I like DJ. I hope he helps get this teams head on straight.
This is a dude coming from a well run organization to this mess that is the jets…this interview he can feel his frustration and makes me think coaching is a big problem not having everyone focused.

I think this is just a result of having a lot of new players in the secondary on this team. Sauce, DJ, whitehead, and even Joyner not playing last year. Everyone is putting it all on coaching and yes they are partly to blame but DJ is emphasizing the miscommunication and that’s on the players. Maybe coaches need to dumb it down a bit but at the same time you get missed tackles and unnecessary penalties. These are grown men who’ve been playing the game for years it’s not like they’ve don’t know not to hit a qb after he threw the ball.
Honestly gotta take joyner out and start davis bruh dudemakes too many mistakes as i seen so far but we do need to put pressure on the qb
