DJ is killing it. Let him run the meeting.

    Hennessy Heisman

DJ and Sauce the only 2 bright spots on defense. That’s about it

    Zach Wilson’s Mom’s Friend

@Hennessy Heisman Quinnen has looked good too

    thatGuyQuincy

@Zach Wilson’s Mom’s Friend I’m sure he’s gonna want a big payday…for the amount of money I can imagine him wanting il just say he’s not there yet…

david li

Reed is a true leader. Big respect to him. Defense HAS to step it up though…

HiLostBoy

Like DJ reed said we’re too good and talented to be doing the type of mental errors they displayed past few weeks. They’ll bounce back if the offense can start getting points and control the time of possession.

    James D

Bro there very talented I see it but problem is there playing like there in college with mental errors, penalties in college you can get away with that

In the pro that stuff give a team 30 points and at same time you miss out on 30 points in pro that bite you tale and this team got mature man as soon possible.

Douglas Bailey

I’m officially worried about the coaching staff after listening to DJ. He’s pissed and I feel his pain

Jonah weinshenker

He’s right! They should play for free.

blacksnakemagic

Hey DJ, you finally understand now, that this coaching staff *is not* like the one you left in Seattle? They’re still learning on the job, and the learning curve is steep my brother, STEEP! But we see you, you’re are balling-out man! Keep it up!

JaKobé Ocho

Love what he saying hope they do what he saying

ch3Xandyenn

LOVE THIS GUY

THE BOSS

You would think he’s the Head Coach….No sugar coating just straight to the point. Saleh take notes.

    Zach Wilson’s Mom’s Friend

    Seriously, no mantras, no bullshit

Grant Norris

The Jets defense coordinator and the players got do meeting and start finding plays that they have big success rate on and plays they have low success rate on and eliminate whatever is not working and keep whatever is working.

John Nalty

DJ is bringing 110%. Great acquisition by JD. Whitehead on the other hand is JD’s Jermaine Johnson

Zach Wilson’s Mom’s Friend

Sauce and DJ are those dudes, I think the cornerbacks coach is so grateful to have them

Barney Miller

He talked about there being “too much” twice in this interview. I wonder if both Offense AND Defensive schemes are just too damn complicated for such a young team? I like DJ. I hope he helps get this teams head on straight.

Daniel H

This is a dude coming from a well run organization to this mess that is the jets…this interview he can feel his frustration and makes me think coaching is a big problem not having everyone focused.

J E

Salute and respect to a real dog and leader Dj keep Ballin 💯💯💥

sserrano49

I think this is just a result of having a lot of new players in the secondary on this team. Sauce, DJ, whitehead, and even Joyner not playing last year. Everyone is putting it all on coaching and yes they are partly to blame but DJ is emphasizing the miscommunication and that’s on the players. Maybe coaches need to dumb it down a bit but at the same time you get missed tackles and unnecessary penalties. These are grown men who’ve been playing the game for years it’s not like they’ve don’t know not to hit a qb after he threw the ball.

Grubbyzombie3

Honestly gotta take joyner out and start davis bruh dudemakes too many mistakes as i seen so far but we do need to put pressure on the qb

James Bowen

At least he’s honest… & not sugar coating it! Definitely need a team meeting and it all out

Mike

Coming from a two good teams, listen to him.
