USC wide receiver Lee will enter NFL draft

USC wide receiver Marqise Lee will forgo his senior season and enter the NFL draft, he announced on Twitter on Friday night.

To all Trojan fans, I have decided to forego my senior season at USC and declare for the 2014 NFL Draft. I want to thank my coaches …

Lee struggled with knee injuries this season and missed three games. He was limited to four touchdowns, two of which came in the Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl.

He finishes his USC career with 29 receiving touchdowns in three seasons.

Lee is rated as the second-best wide receiver after Clemson’s Sammy Watkins by Scouts Inc. ESPN College Football and NFL Draft Analyst Todd McShay projects him as the No. 15 pick in his mock draft.
