If you want to make personnel moves to make the Chicago Bears a winning team, start with the man who you see in the mirror every morning. Bears’ fans are tired of losing.
I am glad at least, George McCaskey will be including former Colts GM Bill Polian as one of the people George mentioned in his speech this morning, as one of four people in the search and interview panel.
Hopefully, one good GM candidate Louis Riddick (former NFL player, former NFL Scout with Philly and WFT and current MNF Analyst) will be considered and interviewed. Bear Down! 🐻🏈🏈🏈

Sometimes people or situations surprise you when you least expect it. The bar was already so low & after this press conference you realize two people sitting at the table clearly are lacking in so many ways. George & Ted continue to show in no way shape or form the knowledge to direct an NFL franchise. George says the GM will report directly to him and him alone. Few other comments about the selection process and then when put on the spot when asked….”are you the sole decision maker for the GM?” he says….”I’m just a fan.” Bahahaha….Hopefully the GM Hire and HC Hire will surprise us as well.
The Chicago Bears would do very well if they hire Louis A. Riddick as their next General Manager.
