BUT ONCE I WAS ABLE TO CALM DOWN AND ACTUALLY LOOK AT THE AVAILABLE PLAYERS LEFT ON THE BOARD I HONESTLY BELIEVE HE GOT US NOT 1 BUT 2 PRO-BOWL CALIBER PLAYERS IN THE SECOND ROUND AND NO WAY IN HELL CAN I CALL MYSELF A BEARS FAN AND BE MAD AT THOSE MOVES FRFR!!! 🐻👇🏿

Honestly WRs are always crapshots. I feel Velus Jones has as good a chance to be good as any 2nd round WRs, possibly better than the 1st rounders as well.

I have my doubts about the rest of the team, but with the additions of Kyler Gordon, Jaquan Brisker, and Tavon Young, this secondary should be solid. That right there should make the team substantially better.

A healthy Tavon Young takes reduces a huge amount of stress on a secondary. Getting a dude that can take away those slots and even tight ends short and across the middle

The Bears need to do 3 things this year and neither have anything to do with winning unfortunately. 1. We need to establish key players in crucial positions to establish a base to build from. 2) Establish your culture that will lead to consistent execution in all areas. 3) Protect Justin Fields so he can take the next step. If we do these thing this year and end up 8-9 or 7-10 it’s a win.
