Loved chenna so sad to see him go, even though it seemed like he was saying the chargers didn’t have a legit fan base… he is still a great player and great personality, wishing him the best in seattle!

    YoungBideoGame

Living in LA it’s like 90% Rams. He probably meant this.

@Jimmy Lemar naw bro your on point, Russ def has been falling off the last few years. After 10 years though it’s the best stretch we’ve ever had in Seattle so it hit hard when we traded him out. But after the dust settled I understand why we did it. He was taking 25% of our cap off the top for just him and it’s unfortunate but his contact really handicapped the team. I’m definitely not on the Malik at 9 train. I haven’t seen enough from him to warrant that high of a pick. I wouldn’t mind if we picked up Sauce from Cincinnati. We need a solid DB who’s a playmaker for our defense to lock down teams best receivers and allow our D Line the time to get to the QB. Next years draft is where the legit QBs of the future are going to be. So I hope Seattle builds its O-Line and gets stronger on Defense. Give Lock a chance to maybe find success in a different system and with far better receivers than he ever had in Denver, plus a run game that really started to find its footing towards the end of last year. If Carson is healthy and Penny runs like he did the last six games of last year Seattle could be a lot stronger than anybody really sees them being. But it’s a really tough division and our schedule is going to be brutal outside of our conference so if we don’t do very well next year and Lock has another bad year then Seattle will be sitting with a high draft pick again where there’s 4 to 5 extremely solid looking first round talent at the QB position. I don’t want Seattle to have a bad year, but if they do it shouldn’t be a full rebuild. And the key piece we’re potentially missing will be in next year’s draft and accessible.

    Jimmy Lemar

@YoungBideoGame i don’t think he meant it like that i think it just came out wrong chargers gave chenna a chance and all the fans loved him i think he was just appreciating seattle having some of the most intense fans in the nfl

    Jimmy Lemar

@$mizz yea i get your optimism but it’s gonna be rough playing rams cards and niners for 6 games and then afc west 4 games that’s 10 games they could realistically lose. I think it perfect time for a rebuild if they don’t like any of the qb in this draft. If i was seahawks i would go all in on defense or o-line and rely on that run game u mentioned or try n recreate early 2010’s hawks with that defense

    $mizz

@Jimmy Lemar exactly!!! Yeah man realistically we may have a really bad year. That’s why I feel getting O-Line and Defense prioritized and giving Lock a year to see if he can resurrect his career in the NFLis worth doing. I don’t want Seattle to have a bad year, but if there ever was a year to do so to prevent a 4-5 year rebuild this is the year because next year’s draft will have a real potential franchise QB in the first probably 10 picks and honestly maybe even later than that considering that there’s usually sleepers in div 2, smaller colleges who don’t get the media attention as often as a div 1 school does. And remember Russell Wilson was found in the 3rd round and Tom Brady in the 6th. So it’s not unrealistic or unreasonable to see something that 31 other teams missed. Anyway, I’m preparing myself for the worst possible outcome mentally and emotionally, lol. And I’ve got to keep telling myself that there is a plan in play right now to build the team back to a title contender that I just am not completely privy to. Lol. At least that’s what I’m hoping for. Since Paul Allen died the Seahawks have begun trending down. Jody Allen doesn’t seem to care for the team nor the city. Hopefully when the franchise is sold it’ll be to somebody like Allen or Mark Cuban who cares about building a winner. The same thing has been happening to my Portland Trailblazers to and it’s heartbreaking. Ultimately that’s what I’m attributing this mess to in the grand scheme of things. Paul Allen would have never let these things get as bad as they’ve gotten in either franchise. He demanded a winner every year. Maybe not the ultimate prize, but a winner. And neither team has been that since his death. Anyway sorry for the long drawn out message. Be well brother.

Pro Bowler this year!!!! Welcome to Seattle sir.

ry tvdinners

A rotating 3-4 and 4-3 defensive schemes with nickel/dime packages should be difficult to deal with considering the top notch safety/corner/nickel backs we already have…Coleman, diggs, Adams, Neal etc on coverage plays mixed with speedy runstopping pass rushing potpourri of linebacker/DE types…fresh and exciting

I have a feeling this guy has so much upside and will end up being a great pick up. I can see 7 to 10 sacks and some big time pass deflects
