Besides those 2 bad passes he played great, if you think otherwise you’re just a hater
He leads the league in passer rating. You need to work on a brain, thats my only complaint.
@J Frank That underthrow at the end of the game was like a 35 yard pass. It has nothing to do with Arm strength. Drop that Narrative. He can throw the ball 65 yards in air. Hes just off on timing on some deep balls where he floats it and sometimes leaves it a bit short. Hes only 6 full games into playing with Hill and getting his timing down with him. You dont need to throw a football further than 65 yards in football. You may see one such completion in an entire NFL season.
For those saying arm strength is his weakness it’s really not it’s timing and knowing when to loft or put heat on the ball if he can also be able to stand firm to release the ball not having to throw off his back foot or side stepping
And he’s throwing into the wind it’s why Miami didn’t kick no fg to the end
@J Frank I agree with you but I think it’s more about his deep throw accuracy. He’s capable of throwing the ball 60+ yards down the field but he seems to hold back from putting the power he needs into his throws at that distance because he knows he loses accuracy the harder he throws it. I’m hoping him and the boys work on that this off season.
Haters will hate just keep balling tua!
Oh you mean like keyshawn Johnson 😆
Packers fan here, just stopped by to watch good QB and wide receiver play
you guy’s has your turn to be good. dw we’re still accepting bandwagon fans
😂😂😂
Well you had three decades of solid to great QB play with Rodgers and Favre. Not many other teams can say the same. It was bound to end sometime. Maybe you’ll get lucky and Jordan Love ends up being good.
🤣🤣🤣
Lol well its a shock that we have this kind of play as a fan our selves. Very new experience
The man threw for 300+ yards and 3 TDs and people won’t care because of the Waddle play lol smh
Exactly lol
Dimwits eat up anything they hesr in the media. So now they’re convinced QBs like allen and mahomes throw every pass perfect and if Tua dares not throw perfect every time its because he cant throw deep.
Never mind allen just threw 2 ints and lost to the jets and mahomes threw 68 times and only had 17points in regulation.
So happy for Tua! Haters had their time when watching him get concussed but now he’s shutting them up! Always knew he could be an NFL quarterback!
he still cant throw deep tho. glad he is back and healthy. go fins !!!
@supersevenn dont start this he cant throw deep crap, hes just not throwing the right type of deep ball, werve seen him throw it 70 yards, hes trying to be too accurate and not throwing out in front
The fact that there were people celebrating when he got a serious concussion was disgusting. They have nothing to say about his play so they fell back to being human garbage.
Facts!!!
So do I, and I’m a Panthers fan. Great to see him ballin out.
Go Tua Tagovailoa!
we saw a battle of good futures. both qbs had a insane day. tua as always. and fields makes NFL history
as always? bros barely been in the league and hasn’t had a szn without being injured LMAO
@ez this szn Tua is top 5
@ez Best QBR in football but aight
Fields won’t last more than 4 years. It’s if not when with injury.
Tua with the highest QB rating in the league rn.
Haters will say it’s because of the receivers
They get quite when you mention how poorly Bridgewater did with those same ones though lol.
Tua for MVP, they’re 6-0 in games he starts and finishes
That block at 1:13 💪🏽🔥
Tuas always been a winner even when he struggled a little in his first couple of years just needed a couple
Playmakers around him and the right coach now look at him….keep ballin fins up!!!
He was a winner even when he 10 yrs old. He has always been a winner, he just wins.. aloha
Threw for 300+ yards and 3 tds great day for Tua
but he doesn’t have an arm they say😂
People don’t appreciate how pretty of a ball Tua throws. It’s so pleasing to watch him play.
Bro same same. Been watching this kid since his high school days at Saint Louis HS. Always had that “purdy” ball. So pissed I didn’t invest in his rookie cards.
I was just saying the same while watching these highlights
I have this theory, Tua being naturally right-handed…perhaps that’s the crazy arm. His dad making throw him with his unnatural arm was a total vanity project on his part. If I were Tua, i’d workshop that right arm in the off-season. See which one throws better.
I agree..would totally love to see Tua take a jab at his actual dominant arm..and see the comparison to his left arm..
Mike Vick was a natural right hander.
Tua is literally the new age drew Bree’s he doesn’t need a monster arm just a system he can thrive in
Nobody needs a monster arm…you just need a decent arm with brains…
He has full trust in his WR’s. I don’t blame him.
Tua averaged 10 yards a completion against the Bears🔥 He’s SO good with his eye deception.
Jeff Wilson had a great impact for Miami in his debut .
How to tell a casual from someone that knows the game is how they talk about the couple missed deep passes. A casual will say it’s lack of arm strength while someone who knows football will see it’s a timing issue with Tua misjudging where to land the ball. That comes with game reps. That missed 35yd pass to Waddle was Tua over finessing it.
Tua has one of the nicest arms in the league. All of his passes look picture perfect
