I’m close to Clemson so I watched him in all home games on the Death Valley. He’s not one to settle for anything but being the best. He and Travis Etienne will show out and gain a ton of attention.

It’s very likely the Jags’ 2023 season will be phenomenal!

@Rene Patat I agree 100%. I wasn’t a big football fan but somehow I started watching Clemson and Trevor was the Quarterback.

I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I was stuck on Clemson from that point on. I’ve kept up with Trevor ever since. I was hooked.

Now I like keeping up with him in the NFL. What we are seeing so far is nothing compared to what we are gonna see.

He just needed to get his feet wet, work a few things out and then it’s gonna happen.

Trevor has a way of grabbing attention and keeps it. He’s a great guy in general. His Freshman year, just 4 games into the season, he replaced Clemson’s starting QB, Kelly Bryant. As much as I was a Bryant fan and not happy with that decision at the onset, Dabo was right. That season was their NCAA championship season with TLaw16. Yep, a Freshman.

I’ve been a Clemson fan since 1977, my ex went to Clemson and we’d go to the games. That was just shy of their 1981 Championship. My oldest son played with Clemson a number of years ago too, and although I’m an Ivy Leaguer, my loyalty lies with the Tigers ALWAYS! I moved to the lake near Clemson. I love the lake, it’s peaceful, and I get to my parking spot without dealing with traffic on game day. It’s unbelievably HEAVY traffic for home games.

If Trevor was the first QB you saw, you missed the other goat and I do mean goat, at this point he’s better than TLaw.

I’m a huge Deshaun Watson fan too and, knowing Deshaun as I do, I don’t believe he did that of which he was accused. That’s not Deshaun and nothing was ever taken to court, and two grand juries in different jurisdictions failed to indict Watson. I’m standing with him. I was in the legal field 32 years before I retired and I know a guilty man when I see one.

Watson will be back on the field with the Cleveland Browns in three weeks and I’m over the moon!

You’ve also missed the likes of Deandre Hopkins, the one handed wide out with Arizona, and a number more exceptional men of Clemson. Hopkins and Watson played in and won a championships for Clemson in 2016. That was just before Trevor.

Rook and Nuk, Watson and Hopkins respectively, went to the Texans originally. They took the Texans to their conference championship in the NFL the first three years in the NFL. They both were NFL All Stars and All Pros together. I’d recommend watching some game highlights of both.

Watson was third best NFL QB only behind Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers. Yes, he’s that good. Trevor and Watson are young and I have NO doubt the two will take Rodgers and Brady’s spots in about 2 years. Yes, that’s a prediction and not hypothetical.

Watson is laser focused and can throw a perfect spiral time after time. Trevor is just behind Watson.

Trevor’s greatest problem last season was not releasing the ball, an easy target for sacks and, no offensive linemen, no protection.

Under Dougie P, TLaw16 will be as Tom Brady predicted, “among the greats in the NFL”. That was after last season. I have NO doubt he’ll get there. Add his Clemson buddy, Travis Etienne, the Jags will be a winning team next season. ETN is proving to be among the best go-to in the NFL. Next season, they’ll both be elitists.

I’d recommend watching a few clips of Watson with Hopkins with the Texans.

Clemson has been providing NFL quality men since Dabo took the helm. They were phenomenal together and so much fun to watch!

Clemson currently hails 32 players in the NFL. That speaks volumes of Dabo’s capabilities in recruiting and eyeballing exceptional players. He has another phenomenal QB now committed to Clemson for 2023, Christopher Vizzini. He’s a TLaw jr!

I also recommend reading Dabo’s back story. He worked hard for his position and it’s an extremely compelling story!

@Rene Patat thank you so much for all this information. I didn’t know any of this. Like I said I just never have been a big fan of anyone until I saw Trevor. Seeing him just did something to me.

I sent word up that way telling people that if they saw Rene, to please tell her where I am and I’m looking for her. I guess they didn’t let you know.

I’ll have to look up some of the people you mentioned. That would be very interesting.

If I ever sat down over the years and watched a game, I would just pull for the team with the best looking uniformm.

I’m not sure what got my attention about Trevor and Clemson unless I was seeing something on the internet. Whatever it was it really grabbed me and I couldn’t wait for the next Clemson game. I was amazed at the teams ability. And it was so entertaining.

I don’t get to watch a bunch of games because I am only using an indoor antenna on the wall. I just couldn’t justify paying for a service in the house.
