@smy__xo stuuuuipid dude consistently blocks well when they decide to run the ball… But the chiefs what ran maybe 10 times and that’s the problem… Kelce is also apart of route running he chip blocks on almost every play he goes for a pass so stop with the he’s trash at blocking when he’s mostly a recieving right end because it’s the shotgun offense they run… But when asked to there’s quite a few highlights of him getting very important blocks and leveling people…

And picking a specific someone out of the defense when everybody on the D play well as a whole is just impossible. TB kinda deserves the SB MVP, but Defense won the game. @Baby Jesus True, he’s no gronk, he isn’t a great blocking TE like Gronk or Kittle, but he is pretty serviceable as a blocker when push comes to shove. But when Mahomes and the O-line really needed an extra blocker, the KC coaches and Kelce bafflingly chose not to block. Like Mahomes is limping yet they don’t bring in more help, forcing him to drop back 20+ yards. I honestly don’t know what Reid or Bieniemy was thinking.

Jewellery has nothing to do with how he played the game. Kelce had a monster game but he did drop a few passes that mattered. He was one of the shining players for the Chiefs, go back and watch the highlights if you need to see how many passes he caught.

@Tobi A. Even I saw it and im from Europe. 8 flags on keyplays vs 1 flag when it was already lost. Mike Evans fell like a soccerplayer and looked at the ref while playing hurt. We see that in soccer all the time but I never saw it in American football.

Brady was the terminator against Rogers and Brees with epic performances and normal refs. This time he wouldnt have scored in the first 2 halfs without flag fests

I don’t get it why the nfl has to BS us like that in the final. Brady is the Goat anyway, win or lose,
with obvious help like that they hurt the game more and lose more viewers in the long run

@David Sedlacek I hear you…I’m from the U.K. so recognise ticky tack referee calls when I see them…I don’t buy that the NFL conspired against KC but I do believe that referees generally give the ‘rub of the green’ to teams led by the historic greats…that aside, even if we say 3-5 calls went the Bucs way during the 2nd & 3rd quarter…Tampa brought the fire to Kansas and Andy Reid’s high flying offence got burnt to a crisp…that ain’t on the refs

jones and mathieu lost their head and the entire defense with them after that, they had to play against brady and the refs which broke the chiefs and took their believe.
they should have kept their cool ,but thats easy to say when the flags just dont stop while the bucs mocked them like “they are in on it”

best game of the season was ravens vs browns. that was pure football

@David Sedlacek I think the Mike Evans call was a good call. He got tripped from behind. Unlike a lot of soccer players who like to dangle a leg out to invite the contact after losing the ball, Evans didn’t do that. He was running as fast as possible to catch the ball. You just can’t trip someone like that from behind, otherwise no one will ever catch a ball again. The only argument is whether that ball was catchable. IMHO it was close enough that the ref has to give the foul.

The number of flags, by itself, doesn’t mean anything. If one team committed 8 fouls and got called 8 times, while the other team committed 1 foul and got called 1 time, then it’s fair. Just because a team has already been called many fouls, doesn’t give that team free pass to commit more fouls.

I think the refs played a part but we still could have overcome that. I agree that we were out coached plain and simple. We knew our line was decimated yet the coaching staff had no answers.
The players didn’t play great either and that hurts but give the credit to the Bucs and the coaching staff. They outplayed our coaching staff and deserved to win. Brady didn’t light the world on fire but he played a good game. The D line for the Bucs are the MVP’s and the coaching staff that made Mahomes run for his life the whole game.

@David Mills I agree Brady didn’t do much but he didn’t make mistakes and Todd Bowles and the defense was the real MVP. The chiefs not having both book end tackles was huge not an excuse because KC coaches knew that going in and didn’t change the game plan when The Bucs took away the big plays(doubling Kelce and Tyreek) the plan should have been run the ball more and dink and donk but they kept trying to get the big plays and before you knew it they were down big. good game overall I enjoyed the season.
