More or less these guys are not allowed to hit or even go full speed from what I see so far. No preseason, no hitting and then go straight into the regular season is scary. I can see a lot of NFL players getting injured. I hope I’m wrong.
They’ll start full contact soon, probably around the beginning of next week. They’re just getting reacclimated to moving fluidly in pads and hitting the sleds. Full contact too soon will definitely cause injuries. But I know what you mean. They’re going to have to strike a delicate balance.
If you ever played football even pickup ball you dont need any hits before the game. Its more of a mental thing
