#1 DETROIT VS EVERYBODY Jim Miller was very informative gotta have him bsck on

Strong Bad

I’m ready to start burying teams! Get the shovels, boys!

    John Fischer

Dude I wanna see that…a Bret hart heel turn revenge tour when he brought a shovel to the ring as part of the gimmick!! I wanna see Campbell do a presser w it just once please lol

    Strong Bad

@John Fischer I am so ready to just start inflicting pain and misery on the rest of the league, it’s not even funny. I basically want the Lions to become the NFL’s supervillain, but one that wins all of the time, like the Empire but better.

    Michigun Santa

I’m alittle worried about week one against Philly! Man they totally steamrolled us last year! 😬😣

frank

Take em to the landfill boys!

Asylum247

Someone teach this man about Mike’s and not pounding the table when you talk

    Disco

And thats why headsets/iems are so important when using a mic like this. You can hear all the dumb things you’re doing

Bazzi Gaming

Why is there so many negative comments in here 🤦‍♂️ this is the same people that thought we would go 0-17 last year

    Don Bur

Because the fake fans only here because of the hype they part time fans

John Fischer

I swore never to drink the kool-aid again but this year I broke my decade+ long streak and have been drunk on it since the behind the scenes draft special. I’ve never been in awe of our franchise before. What I’ve seem so far transpire gives me the utmost confidence.

    Bryan Smith

    Cheers John

I have never been more excited about a team coming off a losing season than with this team! The 2011 Lions was a close 2nd with Suh Calvin and the boys, and what happened? 10-6 and playoffs! 🙌🏽😁

    Arthur Fonzarelli

I’ve never went off the bandwagon but I agree this feels different. I’ll say this though if this fails I have probably given up and that’s coming from a guy who’s been a fan for 40 years. This doesn’t work I don’t know what else they could do

    D. BROWN

    As my kids say……”same”

    John Fischer

@Arthur Fonzarelli exactly my point. This is my absolute last hope for a stable build. We have literally tried every other method that exists.

Thanks Tim, that was great! Question: who was the player Jim Miller was referring to that got released after the Packers loss last season….that he felt set the tone for what Dan and Brad expected out of players going forward? Someone who messed up an opportunity in that Packers game loss – thanks again

    Dan Spanos

Jamie Collins was the only player I can remember getting kicked off the team for playing lazy. I knew this regime was for real when they did that!

    613BASS'N

    @Dan Spanos – thanks Dan

    Been Rich

I think the same record. What teams you think will beat us?

    Been Rich

I say we lose one to greenbay, the patriots and the bills.

    David Fleszar

    11-6

DR. Detroit

Interesting…it does have a diffrent feel. not sure it will work but I love this attempt.

KUTLESS SINCE 2004

at least one playoff win this year watch

    Contez Williams

hope I can come back to this comment in 5 months and you were right.

Phillip Cuchetti

ALL the pieces are in place ? This team has a few players . Teams at the end of the year and out of the playoffs win because the teams that have made the playoffs are sitting their top players for the playoff run . Come on guys , the lions may win 4 games . They may play hard , and they better, but if the coaches are making stupid moves , they will still lose even with a weak schedule .

    Arthur Fonzarelli

If you can’t see it then that’s your fault. They are strong at every position on offense which usually guarantees a team at least half their wins in the nfl. They have a proven NFL quarterback who’s one of the highest levels, an up and coming Superstar at running back, every top site has their offensive line is a top five offensive line and the wide receiving corps is as good as it’s probably been in a long long time and it should only get better as this young. The team that won or tied four of its last seven games last year. Once you take away the beginning of the season when they were learning a new offense and defense had new coaches and a ton of new players including a new quarterback they ended up being an average team. An average team wins eight or nine games in the league. They ended the season last year playing like an average team and with its youth they should only get better this year. Again if you can’t see it well then you don’t know what it looks like is all I can say

Bryan Smith

Malcolm and Jerry Jacobs on the field – teams better think twice about throwing underneath, they’re gonna get popped.

    Arthur Fonzarelli

I like Jerry Jacobs and all but what does he have to do with popping people he’s just a small backup defensive back.

    Bryan Smith

@Arthur Fonzarelli if you watched the games last season you’d know. He comes down quick on those little bubble screens and was tackling dudes as soon as they caught the ball on those designed YAC pass plays. The two seem to share instincts and a quick diagnose/react attribute. For that reason I could see these two chasing those plays down for little to no gain.

Kenny Sarkadi

So glad Cephus is okay

Bill Kowske

Goff has to take a step forward (2 steps would be ideal) he can’t start slow this season…I like what he have done with the offense. I do believe our defense is not proven yet (would be amazing if they are stellar this year), so I think we will need to put up points and grind out the clock. optimistic we have some solid young talent. #onepride

Arthur Fonzarelli

Every 3 years all lions fan myself included thinks the rebuild is going great after year one of a new regime. This time though it feels different haha. Here we go again.
