Smith has the unenviable task of working against Cleveland corner Joe Haden on Sunday. In Week 2, Baltimore defeated the Browns 14-6, but Smith was targeted 13 times and caught seven balls for 85 yards.
Since then, the Ravens’ receiving corps has gotten healthy and Smith’s targets have diminished exponentially. He caught three of his six targets in the team’s last game against Pittsburgh for 61 yards and is averaging more than 20 yards per reception. Smith is an integral part of the offense and should see more looks in Week 9.
