Staley is the worst NFL coach in history. Talent is overcoming his bad coaching sometimes but the Chargers will NEVER wear the ring under Staley and his clown staff.

@Francisco Javier Staley may not be the problem on offense. But he is definitely the problem with the inept Run Defense.
@D94Rich its his second season as head coach, team building is necesary.
On the other hand, Lombardi and TT are lacking in terms of offensive schemes and player selection.
One of the good things that are severly underrated on this year its the upgrade of the special teams, that new coach and players have been doing great. I just hope Carter can step it up on returns.

Mike William is the biggest lost. Did you see that 1 handed to that grab was nice but losing any of our players is huge.

Telesco is the worst GM ever. Releases Desmond King, Kyzir White, but keeps Tillery for years. Also no help for your top 5 QB because of injuries is inexcusable regardless of current record

Fire Lombardi. Too predictable, waits too long to “open the playbook” and let Herbert throw, keeps calling plays that have the offense going 3 and out.
As long as Lombardi and Telesco are with this franchise they will NEVER win ANYTHING.
