Top 10 picks in Post-Combine Mock Draft – FANTASY FOOTBALL FAN SITE
Cap Boogie

No way I’m taking Ekwonu over Kayvon…. Especially when I can get Cross at 7 or trade down at get Penning or Linderbaum

    Joseph Woda

You’re crazy to take KT before Ikem

    corey jr

    I would

    Sean Moore

@Cap Boogie That has nothing to do with taking KT over him. Ekwonu is a better player and more valuable than KT.

    Believer72

And No way a Safety goes #3 overall.

    Sarah McCoy

@Believer72 There are lot of fools who would beg to differ with you.

Shoot It Up !

KT went from number 1 at the beginning of the season to dropping to 8 LMAO. You “analysts” are hilarious

    Delusional Haters

No you are just in denial because your boy got moved down

    Shoot It Up !

@Delusional Haters in denial about what? Elaborate

    Danny Nguyen

    @Shoot It Up ! I don’t get it

Marley ColdBurr

There is no way the board falls like this

    Redstones Lover

    @Sarah McCoy ikrhttps://youtu.be/a1j9owBuwdQ

    Believer72

And there is no way a Safety goes #3 overall.

    VA Money Group

@Sarah McCoy They need a QB but there isn’t any available at 3.

    Sarah McCoy

@VA Money Group The best QBs will be in the 2023 class.

    Sarah McCoy

@Believer72 Unless there is someone stupid enough to use the third pick for a safety.

NFL Trolling

KT is really gonna fall in this draft 😂😂 he’s still the best player in the draft in my opinion

    William

Glad you’re not a GM. There’s no question KT is talented, but there’s also questions about his work ethic…and rightfully so. He’s a very risky pick, and has bust written all over

    Michele

    Giants need this guy badly

    Sarah McCoy

He may go high, if someone trades up to get him.

    Sarah McCoy

@William So you are saying that Kayvon Thibodeaux is lazy? You seem to be questioning his work ethic.

    William

@Sarah McCoy yes he’s lazy. I’d even vouch for Neal and Ikem, even if we keep Tunsil. That’s how badly I think he’ll become a bust

Flowbe

Evan neal might go number 1

Jim Gray

I doubt Houston will waste a high pick on a Safety haha 😄

    Tox Alt

@Sarah McCoy That’s funny, do you do standup?

    Sarah McCoy

@Tox Alt MIght be. Two very strong words.
They kind of go along with potential, could be, has a chance to be, etc. LOL

    Sarah McCoy

@Tox Alt Wanna see something really funny? Find a mirror and look at your image. LMAO

    Tox Alt

@Sarah McCoy I can tell by the way you talk that you’re on the younger side, so I’m going to say this as nice as I can. You have no business talking about the 2022 NFL draft if you’re going to insult Kyle Hamilton for no reason. Yes I said he “might be” the best player in the draft. You know why? Because a 6th round FB could be the best player in this draft for all we know. I do think he’s the best overall player in this draft class, but I don’t know that yet.

    William

@Tox Alt at the very least, he’ll be a safe pick. I see him as the least in the draft turning out as a bust

Jmillyrock 1105

Giants not passing on KT twice

    FILAY Bull

They gotta make some room… 2 top ten picks is expensive especially for a edge… he wants a bag off the rip

    Jmillyrock 1105

@FILAY Bull you don’t go into the draft to find the cheapest option you h go into it looking for the best player for your team

    Orphee Djendo

@FILAY Bull walker might want that bag to if he really is gonna be a top 10 pick but I see where you’re getting at with kt being expensive

Slim Pickens

I can’t see Atlanta passing on a pass rusher in this year’s first round. It’s time we had some pressure besides Grady.

    AAron

    Easy to say.. but who?

    rejected

@Cali619 lol wtf they almost won the superbowl

    Sarah McCoy

They could trade up to the Texans spot and take an edge.

    B Rus

Well ya gotta get a wr now man

Sarah McCoy

Kyle Hamilton. That would be a super huge waste of a pick for the Houston Texans at three.
Why? Because the Texans finished 32nd in rushing in 2022. Without a good offensive line and one good RB, the Texans garnered last place in rushing.
What better way to fix the offensive line that to waste a pick on Hammy?
There is nothing like a defensive safety to shore up a lousy offensive line.
Guys, what a stupid pick!

    William

@Sarah McCoy  none of the positions are similar, I told u guard and tackle is night/day in difference. Maybe guard and center is as they deal with big hulking linemen at 300+ pounds. But tackles deal mostly with fast 250 -270 lb edge rushers.

Tytus struggled as one of the worst in the league when playing guard, but thrived as one of the best when moved to tackld

    William

@Sarah McCoy Listen to yourself woman. You’re crazy, and need to sit down and calm down. Woe is to the man who puts a ring on your finger. There is no sense into talking to you – it’s either your way or the highway

    Sarah McCoy

@William Trust me, Laremy Tunsil will be traded. Caserio is just trying to find the best deal. Probably for Cincinnati’s number one pick. They have cap space and Joe Burrow needs immediate help.

bnstyle101

Corners hardly ever workout in the top 10. And how is Jordan Davis not on this list.

jd lowe

Texans already got a franchise quarterback David Mills, he played as good as any other rookie quarterback

    Xponent

    Lies

    Tre Tre

    Played better tbh

Stephen Harville

Hutchinson disappeared in the CFP. If he can’t show up against UGA he won’t show up when every Oline is talented.

Sephiroth766

I’m fine with Ekwonu at 5 but if the Giants pass on Thibs twice I’ll be really upset

    Keshaun V

Exactly Giants won’t pass on him at 7 that’ll be crazy

Latent Misperception

KT is still raw imo but his potential is limitless he’s not Falling to 8

TheHighlanderprime

Saleh and Douglas’s Jets will build from the trenches guys; so you’re way off with them taking Gardner at 4. That’s simply a bad take … No way the Giants get top two talents at 5 and 7 with the Jets ahead of them; that’s just ridiculous.

Kenneth N

I really hope the Jets go with this route. Both Sauce and Karlaftis are great picks at 4 and 10.

    0831fabian

Sauce is a beast would be a nice pick up for y’all

    CabsOp

    Would rather ojabo than karlaftis

    Jack Frost

I would never go karlaftis at 10

    Brian Arzola

Been preaching these two from the beginning. Karlaftis is the perfect compliment to Lawson on the opposite edge. He can bring the bullrush better than any edge in the draft

William

I hope my Texans take Kyle Hamilton: he’s a generational talent at safety, and it would be hard to find another one like him for several years.

The last thing we need is another tackle, and it would be a waste to draft a guard or center in the top 5.

    William

@Sarah McCoy at #3 u want to draft the best player available, not get a tackle and force him to play guard or center because u want o-line help. That’s how u create draft busts: making players play to their weaknesses, not strengths

    Sarah McCoy

    @William You say….
Those in the know, predict that Laremy Tunsil will be traded. There will be an opening for a tackle. Howard will remain at the other tackle spot, until such time that the Texans can find someone better.
William, you are just being obstinate (see a dictionary). The Texans were inept at run blocking and pass blocking in 2021. What you call exceptional (32nd in the league in rushing and 44 QB sacks) is not defined as exceptional by knowledgable fans, much less intelligent GMs, HFCs, or OCs.

    Sarah McCoy

@William Once in a decade? LMAO
A generation usually takes more like 20 or more years. Father and son. That would be two generations. Just trying to help out.
Throw around terms and you don’t even understand the words.
Over the years there have been many good safeties in the league. There will be more in years following the 2022 draft.
I already have said that Kyle Hamilton is a good safety. And you can watch him play for the New York Jets or the New York Giants in 2022.
BUT, the offense line is our greater need at this point.
There are truly three outstanding tackles in the 2022 draft. They include Evan Neal, Ikem Ekwonu, and Charles Cross. Any of these three could step in right away and play, Others would take time to develop. Look at Tytus Howard. He has been with the Texans for years and still is trying to learn the position. Davis Mills needs immediate help, not another Tytus Howard project.

    Sarah McCoy

@William Lovie Smith is a defensive guru and his defense played much better than Houston’s offense in 2021. That is why Lovie is still with the team and why both David Culley and Tim Kelly are gone.
I am no biased. I see clearly that offense needs the most help.
    It is a team game.
You know why the defense looked bad at times in 2021? Because the offense could not sustain drives or score points.

    Sarah McCoy

@William You seem to think that Kyle Hamilton is such a great talent for the Texans at three.
You remember, of course, that Hamilton received no votes for the Heisman Trophy in 2021. If he is this “generational talent”you proclaim him to be, would he not have gotten at least a few votes for the Heisman Trophy. Aidan Hutchinson, Will Anderson Jr., and Jordan Davis all received votes. How many for Hammy? NONE.
FYI, you seem to be caught up in this force a tackle to play center or guard fantasy. I am not sure what part of your mind you hatched that in.
From the get-go, I have lobbied for Evan Neal or Ikem Ekwonu to be drafted as and to play as tackles.
We need to pick the best player available that addresses an immediate need. That immediate need is the offensive line!

Brian Arzola

First time I’ve seen the big draft guys agreeing with me for the Jets. Gardner and Karlaftis are game changers. Loved seeing Karlaftis at Purdue these past few years

Sergio Ferrel

I can’t see anyone taking a secondary player over thibs. C’mon now.

Sarah McCoy

Who is the most overhyped player in the 2022 draft – Aidan HUtchison, Kyle Hamilton, or Kayvon Thibodeaux?
