Honestly, I’m not worried about my Bucs and it’s not because of my ignorance or anything. I know Bucs offense is trash right now because we’re missing like 2-3 starting linemen and 3 of our starting receivers. We had little to work with and made something of it but I’m mainly optimistic because of our defense. In all honesty, I would rather have the Bucs offense injured than the defense because defense is holding their ground and they’re not injured at all thankfully. While you could make the argument that offense could score points and ball out, I’d suggest you look at last season and the games we lost due to our injured defense. We have a lot of potential when our guys come back and if I’m being honest, I think we’ll be 5-3 by mid season and pick up and win out with a record of 11-6 or 12-5

The packers didn’t have a starting receiver on the field it was pretty evenly matched
@ENVYDADDY **** This was far from evenly matched my friend. I don’t even know Packers receivers that well but I do know that Allen Lazzard is a starting receiver so your claim is invalid. At the end of the day, your Packers won (I’m assuming ur a packers) and it wasn’t pretty, but they won nonetheless.

I hope they get healthy because they could of easily won this game. Tom Brady and the defense were incredible. He always gives it his all but these younger players needs to step up. They don’t have much time to play with Mr. Brady. He is the best to ever do it. Growing Pains!

Cole Beasley was a great edition. He has similar capabilities to the great slot guys that Brady had in New England. He will be one of Tampa Bays most productive weapons as the season continues especially when their outside threats return
Wes Welker was a beast of a slot receiver.
Until Chris Godwin returns… and takes over the starter role. Beasley will fill in as needed when he is not available as a good stand-in.

Nice seeing him have some chemistry with Gage finally. But hopefully it’s not a Scotty Miller kinda deal where he and Scotty would deal for 2 games (the one GB game and the Rams game in the playoffs) then be completely off the rest of the time. And hopefully Bowles eases off the run dominance in order for him to get game reps with these receivers going forward into the season.
Tough loss if it wasn’t for penalties , turnovers in key moments we would have won I believe.
Loads of bs penalties against the packers that could have easily resulted in more points for them though.
Those penalties sabotaged the whole team effort – so sad…

Agree that person has no idea. The bucs are playing scrubs at best at wide receiver. There’s a reason why they were not starters. Now you know why! Tom has to be political correct but you can see it in his eyes how he really feels. Its a problem in NFL because starters make so much money theres nothin left for a good 2nd teamer. So they have to sign scrubs no one wants! It is what it is.
This one hurt but I feel great about this team .
I’ve watched NFL since 1965, I’m Boston guy so I appreciated what Tom brought to Patriots, what he did here will never be duplicated in a 1000 years, I’ve watched every play he’s ever made, something’s different about him, he doesn’t seem himself, not his play but his mannerisms, like his relationship with his wife, he just seems off a little, he’s gone through so much, his every move, every word is scrutinized, I think he’s lost the joy of football. Good luck Tom, you’ve given this city so much, I’ll never forget your dedication to the game.
I feel the same,there is a sadness about him. I want the best for this guy, he’s brought so much joy to my home in Hawaii and hope the best for him and his family. He’s a good guy.

It’s that feeling when all you thought would be, isn’t. He may have realized too late that the family life he sacrificed was not for the honor and legion of Football History but for a now sold out entertainment company (NFL). Brady may never be able to be the Dad his Dad was to him, which enabled him to become who he is today and he may have thought it’d last forever in earnest. His parents are very old, his wife has likely been done miserable, and his children may not see him is the same vain he saw his parents (despite his success). Brady is now the front runner who has been run dry and he just really loved football and didn’t realize…
What you are seeing is him realizing he effed up by coming back for another year. The Bucs have been demolished by injuries and the offense is horrendously bad now. That look is the look of a man who thought, as did all of us Bucs fans, that we were in a position to make one more Superbowl run. It aint happening this year. Tom is also realizing that Gronk aint coming back. Its real for him now. Just another aging QB that couldnt resist one more season.
It’s cool sometimes things happen and you just don’t win! Tom is the man and they will get to firing on all cylinders as time goes!!! So hold your heads up and let’s make a run for the Super Bowl!!! Let’s go Tom and let’s go Bucs!!!! Still believe you guy’s are the best!!!!!

The game really just came down to that last minute delay of game penalty. Brady had the Packer’s D spread out they way they wanted them and Fournette was going to take it in to tie the game up. One slip up. They say that football is a game of inches, but it is also a game of seconds. One second late and…there goes the game!
it was a great game. Brady yet again got his team in position to tie it up with seconds left. I would have loved to see if the run at the goal line would have broke through had not the play clock ran out. Brady came back to play another year, and he’s in a dog fight again to get to the prize. He got a little knocked around today, and the offense is just not there.
We still luv ya Tom, your the only reason I watch football anymore.
